Located near the Kerderff Menhir, a historic megalithic monument, this stone country house nestled in the heart of a green setting is the ideal starting point for exploring the natural and cultural riches of the region. Go hiking on coastal paths, discover fine sandy beaches and explore the megalithic sites that make Carnac famous.



This terraced house is located at the western end of a stone-built complex. Within a vast wooded property, you will enjoy a peaceful location, between beach and forest. The shores of the Pô inlet are just 1.5 km away and Saint-Colomban beach is 3 km away. The accommodation is 1.5 km from the town of Carnac, 2.5 km from Plouharnel and their shops. The nearest supermarket is about 1 km away. Auray and its station are about fifteen kilometres away.

On the ground floor:

- Living room with dining area and lounge with television.

- Fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, gas hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster)

- Library lounge that can serve as a bedroom (140 cm sofa bed), direct access to the courtyard.

- Boiler room with washing machine and adjacent WC.



Upstairs:

- Bedroom 1: single bed of 160 cm.

- Bedroom 2: adjoining room with 90 cm bed.

- Bathroom with large shower.

- Solarium.

- Separate WC.

- Garden with terrace and outdoor furniture. Barbecue. Plancha.



Maximum 5 people.

2 parking spaces in the courtyard in front of the accommodation.

Key collection: 4pm-6pm in our welcome office. Please notify in case of late arrival.

"Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Tolle idyllische und ruhige Lage. Dennoch ist man schnell mit dem Fahrrad in Carnac auf dem Wochen- oder Supermarkt. Zur Wohnung gehört ein schöner großer Garten mit Terrasse, der genutzt werden kann. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Die Buchung und Betreuung durch die Agentur lief einfach und reibungslos."
