The living room's sectional sofa is a great place to enjoy a good novel or a ballgame on the flatscreen TV.

The full kitchen is open and beautiful, with small and major stainless steel appliances, lots of counter space, and an expansive center prep island with two barstools. Cook up something special for tonight's dinner party then serve your guests at the dining table with seating for six or outside on the patio as an al-fresco experience. Have any mixologists in the group? They'll love taking advantage of the home's wet bar to assemble some delightful cocktails and will even find a wine cooler to hold the best bottles for those special events.

Outside, the kids will love splashing around in the private pool while you throw a little char on some freshly caught fish with the gas grill. This home includes a small private dock in the backyard to launch kayaks, canoes, or paddleboards from. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
