The hollidays can start in this nice well mantained appartment for the high demands directly at the new marina and only a few minutes walk from Denia city center. Very comfortable living space of around 90 m2 offers light-flooded rooms with an absolute feel-good atmosphere. The apartment is on the third floor of a new build urbanization and enjoys the best views in the surroundings. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower (one in suite), open plan kitchen with the view of the new marina at the front , salon and very spacefull south facing terrace allow you to take the sun and enjoy the view to the Montgo mountain.
Just relax and take it easy in the wonderful garden with big pool, particulary apriciated by the children. Undergroung parking place will always keep your car safe and cool, with direct access to the elevator.

Wonderful promenades, chic boutiques, modern marinas, miles of beaches, as well as a multitude of well-known restaurants will also make your stay an experience. The range of cultural, leisure and sports activities is extensive and has something to offer for all age groups. From Denia there are direct ferry connections to Mallorca and Ibiza, definitely worth a visit. Alicante and Valencia, both major cities with their own airport, can be reached in about an hour's drive on the motorway.

Stunning modern flat in great area

Loved our stay! The apartment is very clean, super modern with all the appliances you need including a great coffee machine. The balcony looks over the pool which is the perfect temperature in the hot sun. We loved watching the skaters in the skate park opposite with a few beers as the sun was setting. It’s a great location too - just a short walk to the port and 3 supermarkets and about 25mins to the castle. Would stay again for sure.

We have just returned from a 5 week stay at Hans and Irina's apartment. The accommodation is of a high standard and quality. It is very spacious and a has large balcony which overlooks the pool area. It is within walking distance to both the town and the beach.We have no hesitation is rating the accommodation with 5 stars.

Just returned from 10 day stay. Very comfortable and clean modern apartment with stunning spacious balcony. overlooking large pool with a beautiful view of mountains. Walkable to Denia which contained many nice restaurants and a gorgeous beach. Highly recommend you to stay in this lovely spacious apartment. Hans was very kind and approachable. Great app great location

We had a great time in this very clean and well equipped modern apartment. The apartment is on a lovely development, with great pool area with views. The location is perfect as only a five minute short walk to the marina which is very pretty and relaxing. If you wanted to stroll into the centre of town with lots of bars and restaurants to choose from it's around 15 minutes. We would recommend. Very happy.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Wir haben uns in dieser äußerst gut ausgestattenen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Der Blick auf den Montgo ist grandios. Die Lage zur Altstadt und zum Strand ist gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants sind in der Nähe zu finden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend!

Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, da alles Wichtige fussgängig zu erreichen ist (Supermärkte, Stadt, Strand, Marina). Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und den Blick auf den Montgó täglich genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ebenfalls bestens.

Uitstekend uitgeruste accommodatie

Dit vrijwel nieuwe appartement, met een parkeergarage onder het gebouw, is in/van alles voorzien. Alle eventueel gewenste apparatuur is beschikbaar. Er is ruim voldoende bad- en bedlinnen en zelfs strandhanddoeken. Schoonmaakmiddelen, toiletpapier, zeep: alles was er. Een vrij grote Lidl en een Konsum (naast elkaar) zijn op loopafstand. Ook het centrum is gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar. Het balkon heeft een prachtig uitzicht en de hele middag zon. Slechts één klein minpuntje: voor vier personen is de woonkamer wat krap, maar voor twee ruim voldoende.

Superbe location pour des vacances parfaites

Appartement moderne et très bien équipé. Résidence calme et bien entretenue. Proche des commerces. Nous avons passé des vacances de rêve à Dénia avec nos jeunes enfants de 5 et8 ans. La piscine de la résidence est top pour les familles. Un Skate-Park est à proximité pour encore plus de divertissement. Tous les critères sont réunis pour se détendre. Les propriétaires, Hans et Irina, sont chaleureux et disponibles en cas de questions. Nous recommandons vivement.

Parfait séjour à denia

Tout s'est passé à merveille. Vue magnifique sur le montgo et terrasse spacieuse pour 4 personnes. Appartement très bien équipé et spacieux avec ses 2 salles de bain et le parking accessible.

Appartement haut de gamme conforme à la description . Tout est fait pour passer un excellent séjour. Acueuil très chaleureux du propriétaire honnête et disponible . Une vue imprenable face au montgo, proche du centre ville et du port. Je vous conseille vivement cet appartement.

Geweldig appartement op toplocatie met een schitterend uitzicht

Het appartement is zeer netjes en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het grote terras is ontzettend fijn en het uitzicht op de Montgó is schitterend.
