About this property

Cozy, Dog Friendly, Close to Lake and Walking Trails

This recently remodeled and updated condo is nestled in the heart of Hot Springs Village. You will be steps from the Coronado Fitness Center, tennis courts, Lake Coronado and a hiking/biking trail. Enjoy your morning coffee off either of the two back decks and listen to the peaceful sounds of a small creek just down the hill.

Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with all new pots, pans, silverware etc... Hot Springs Village has many restaurants inside its gates and many more just outside, Just a short stroll away is an amazing Italian restaurant.

You will have a parking spot right out front of the condo.

We are Dog friendly. Dogs must be leashed at all times while outside and all pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of. Dogs MUST remain with their owners or be crated if left alone.
There is an $100 pet fee and two dog max. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.

Upstairs is the living and dining area, kitchen and half bath and upper deck with grill. Downstairs are two bedrooms, the full bath, washer and dryer and lower deck.

There is a Ring Doorbell Camera beside the front door.

Perfect Stay!

Such a great place to call home for a quick trip. Comfortable, very clean, great location. Took advantage of thenearby trails, cute little Italian restaurant, abd rested comfortably. Our host was fantastic and the property is a winner!

Condo was very clean and had everything that made our stay very comfortable and welcoming. Very nice property

We had a very nice stay and the property was just as it looked online. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was very peaceful. The Italian restaurant just around the corner was great. Would stay here again.

We have stayed before. Very cute and tastefully decorated. Everything worked as some vrbos before this one didn't have wifi or TV's. This one was perfect. Centrally located and near a golf course, gym, and lake. Loved it was pet friendly. Host responded right away . Highly recommend!

Comfortable, clean space with everything we needed (and more)! Our pup enjoyed the pet-friendly home and neighborhood. We were close to recreation and near the lake. The host was quick to respond and easy to work with when we had to make a slight change in our reservation. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!
