Experience the elegance of this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with an open floor plan and breathtaking views of both the Gulf and the Corpus Christi Ship Channel. Situated on the fifth floor, the primary bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and tub/shower combo. Bedroom #2 had two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. The living room also has a comfortable couch that pulls out into a queen-sized bed. The two recliners are perfect for your afternoon reading time. If you like to eat out, there are many restaurants in the area, but if you cook in, the kitchen is fully furnished with pots, pans, bakeware and a few small appliances. Make yourself at home and enjoy all that Port Aransas and its beaches have to offer. Marvel at the sunrise from the balcony overlooking the Gulf - an experience like no other. Watch the tankers, shrimp boats, and fisherman as they travel up and down the Corpus Christi Ship Channel. Enjoy the sound of the surf when you sit on the back porch. Let your hair down and relax!
