Comfortable home in a great location

Enjoyed our stay, responsive hosts, the house had all the amenities to cook a Thanksgiving meal! It’s in a great location, very walkable to all the downtown attractions.

Best Friend Yearly Getaway

Quaint, perfect home for annual get together with friends. Location was perfectly located in a nice, quiet, neighborhood, but also conveniently located within walking distance to the tourist attractions. Home was very clean and slept 7 guys comfortably. Would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Clean home with comfortable beds. Easy walk to Flagler college and St. George street. Kitchen could be better stocked. Overall a nice home. Be mindful the property has many stairs if mobility is an issue. Easy drive to the beach, we went to St. Augustine pier park.

Cute neighborhood

We loved the neighborhood. It was great to walk around. Cute little coffee shops nearby. The house had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. 3/4 of a mile walk into town is kind of far when it’s hot out but close enough. All in all we had a great time.

Adorable, clean, and well-stocked with everything you need. The location is perfect! We loved being able to park our car (in the garage, no less!) and walk literally everywhere we wanted to go each day. This is an excellent property with plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day of sight-seeing. I would highly recommend. The hosts were extremely responsive should you have any questions or recommendations. Five stars for sure!

The property was well maintained, and all equipment was in good working order. The house was in walking distance from downtown St. Augustine and made for an enjoyable 3-night stay.

Convenient location

Quick overnight trip, had all the elements of staying at home rather than hotel room. Close to everything you could need. Manager was quick to respond with any questions. Would stay there again.

The icemaker did not work, I could not get into the garage to do the laundry, the wall is very dirty in the downstairs bathroom, there were no wine glasses, the beds were very comfortable, the neighbor took an outdoor shower, naked, which we were able to see - that was actually entertaining.

Great Stay for Young Families

The layout of the home, the number of bedrooms, and many shelves made it a perfect stay for my newborn and toddler! We were able to all be on the same floor, have sound machines and baby monitors easily set up, and be able to go downstairs to hang out as parents. Also, the walkability to downtown and cute restaurants was phenomenal! Definitley recommend!

Awesome home!

We brought the boat up for a fishing trip and needed a place to stay for the night - this place was perfect - 5 mins from the marina and is really cool home. We took a 5 min Uber to the historic district for dinner and drinks. The home is very clean, roomy, an awesome little backyard! Everything was great. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Modern, comfortable property

The house was amazing and owners were extremely accommodating. This historic home has so much personality and it was updated and decorated beautifully. There was no need or want for anything else- they really made it 5 star. It was so personalized which added to the charm. Thanks for everything!

PERFECT!!! JUST PERFECT!!!

4 of us gathered to have 2 full days of strategic planning for our business. The place was simply perfect. We had all the comforts needed to get our work done and being so close to everything we a plus. We brought electric bikes which made getting around a breeze. Super quiet neighborhood. Will rent this property again in the future. Well done!!!

As expected

We booked this house for a guys weekend getaway. Plenty of space and accommodations for everyone. I’d say it’s not quite walking distance to downtown because it is still about a 20 minute walk and in the florida summertime heat, that can be rough. A couple small restaurants and shops that are nearby walking distance though. There was no ping pong table or darts in the garage, which was no problem because we weren’t spending much time outside due to the weather. Overall a very nice place to stay with 8 people.

Overall stay was great!

Overall we had a great stay at this property. There were two things I would say were not as expected - the pictures had a ping pong table and we were looking forward to playing however there was no ping pong table available for use; the only stairs up and down to back yard are the stairs in front of the house/no garage access from inside house. Nothing major but I can see that becoming really annoying if we stayed a full week there. Everything else was perfect and overall we had a great time. House is clean, up to date and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Cozy home, close to everything and clean.

We stayed for one night. It is a typical older (but good) home. Upon arrival we found a bottle of wine on the kitchen counter welcoming our family. The property was clean and exactly as described 3 bedrooms above and a sofa bed on the main floor. There is only one full bathroom located on the top floor (older homes tend to have lest bathrooms than you would expect). The garage was available to us, but I will recommend replacing the large lamp since it prevented us from parking the Nissan Armada inside the garage as we wanted.... If a smaller lamp can be installed in the garage, it will help the next guest. Still, five stars.
