Walking distance to Fish Camp, the distillery, Ice Plant and Historic downtown. Short drive to the beaches on Anastasia island. property is unique and fun with a great view over the marsh.
Very cool spot in a great location! We came here for my hubby’s Birthday and we really enjoyed our stay! We were able to walk to several restaurants in the area and felt safe where we were. Very peaceful at night. We would definitely stay here again!
We spent 4 weeks at this unique property. Great location. Walk to town. Fantastic deck for watching the sunset and wildlife. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a special St. Augustine experience. We certainly enjoyed ours.
This property is unique and very special. Once we got used to the idea that the third bedroom was actually in the great room and very open, we loved the space. The deck was fabulous and since the weather was perfect we took advantage of it and the sliders...opening up the whole space. At one point, one son was on the piano, another was playing pool with his girlfriend, hubby was watching football, daughter in law was working on a puzzle and I was reading on the deck. We were all together! Best stocked kitchen I have ever had with a VRBO rental. Would definitely rent again.
This property looks like an old warehouse on the outside but the inside is fun and funky with an awesome view of the marsh.
Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. We had a great stay for our wedding weekend.
We had an amazing stay. It is beautifully decorated, the views are amazing, my kids LOVED it!! The cleaning team does a great job and the property manager responded instantly to all the questions I had.
Only one suggestion, the outside of the property needs a bit of love… other than that it was perfect. We would stay at this property again if we ever go back to the area.

Very unique property sort of a urban loft on a marsh. The house was huge 5,500 s.f.! Two large rooms
It took a little figuring everything out, but enjoyed it, close to 3 of the best restaurants in town. Would be great for large family with 3-4 kids! Pool table and baby grand piano a plus, while one end of the warehouse totally opens to leck and the wetlands.
Everything was WONDERFUL! just a couple things.....maybe have a curtain or something to pull over the large glass windows that are so bright in the afternoon sun and they bring in a lot of blinding light and heat that may not be needed - and maybe a shelf for putting the bath products on in the large shower. THanks for a wonderful place to stay - we had fun !
Walkable to historic downtown; great food, friendly people, plenty to do for all ages.
The space was a retreat for us. Have become a huge fan of St. Augustine.
Perfect as a base for exploring St Augustine and the view was lovely. Communication with the property owners was good and they were helpful when the code we had was incorrect
My husband and I enjoyed this place so much! So much space and everything we needed in the kitchen. Sitting on the deck with morning coffee and wine at sunset was the best!
The listing is as described. We had an end of year family vacation for 4 nights. The location is some distance to St George street but walking the distance is not too bad, we had as young as 10 up to 80 years. The accommodations reminded me of NYC apartments using furniture as a divider for the great room, coaches, dining area and 2 beds with a single
A small pullout coach and office area
And the movie theater room with 2 queens and coaches was perfect for the teens and kids to share. Had all the gaming set up and movies each night. The cousins loved it.
The great room could be cooler. It gets hot at night and the back room gets much cooler. The ice maker is kind of breaking and pieces fall out. The 2nd shower needs another door or curtains (it’s wide open lol).
We had an awesome time and the whole place was extremely clean. The pool table was fun for the kids and I could have done without the grand piano but my kids loved it (they just don’t know how to play piano)
Overall was 5 stars and super pleased with our experience
My husband and I rented this place for our wedding weekend. It was a perfect place to have some family over during the day to eat some snacks and hang out. It is a very wide open place to stay. We definitely enjoyed this rental. The descriptions were very accurate. The host were easy to contact if anything was needed. We had no issues at all checking in it’s super simple. The rental does share a parking lot with a church so on Sundays the parking lot definitely filled up but we didn’t have any issues with parking or getting blocked in. We definitely will look forward to seeing here in the future for later trips to Saint Augustine.
Very nice loft. Absolutely beautiful view of the intercostal. My family and I enjoyed our time there. Lots of benefits like surround sound for music and lots of space to sit and enjoy. Our stay was unique due to intercostal flooding. I recommend being aware of that possibility. But overall, nice experience.
We stayed at this property with some friends. There were six of us adults (ages=40ish). We all needed a little weekend away from work and kids. It was just what we needed. The very open property allowed us to hangout all together lounging, playing cards and catching up on life. We took full advantage of the house stereo and the huge deck on the beautiful wet lands. The sunsets were spectacular! I would highly recommend this VRBO to any group of adults.
Everything was pretty great. The only little issue we had was the garbage can outside was full when we arrived so little room to put additional garbage. Place was great and close to downtown and we enjoyed the walk.
We had an amazing stay at this property! I will admit, it took us a minute to adjust to the openness of the floor plan, but once we got past that, it was a perfect! The loft is HUGE! Way bigger than expected. The view is phenomenal, the location is perfect for downtown, and walking distance to so many new restaurants and adult beverage locations.
The beds, pillows, and bedding were so comfortable (which these can be a downfall at many places)! The shower rooms and toilets are separate, which actually makes it better. The loft had everything we needed, included plenty of parking, we felt safe, and there was enough space for everyone to do their thing.
We will ABSOLUTELY book this loft again!
This place is perfect to spend with your love 💘 one and family 👪 & friends.

This was indeed the best vbro experience. Everything- from then magic of this super creative tasteful fun place, to the amazing responsiveness and helpfulness of the hosts, to the easy check in and check out process- was beyond perfect. it isi a GREAT place to spend time with a big group. There is a unique and amazing sense of space and togetherness all at once. The hosts were incredibly helpful and sincere. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Beautiful, high-quallity, tasteful, and fun!
What a cool place—yoga studio turned VRBO. Lots of room and walking distance to a lot of activities.

My wife and I have lived in St. Augustine for nearly 2 decades. This is a fun town and a great place to visit and explore. You won't find another space like this to base out of when you come to town. Choose this wide open, lofty space and watch abundant wildlife right off the back deck as you drink your coffee in the morning. Then walk to the downtown attractions! It's a great spot!
Why they chose this property
Situated on the San Sebastian River, you are tucked away in an open, airy, lofty space with a vaulted ceiling and beams. A large deck is just beyond the sliding glass doors, that is the perfect spot to enjoy a Florida sunset. From the two queen size beds you can gaze out the glass doors at the marsh, a few herons or wood storks just might greet you each morning. If you need to hop into the hullabaloo of the city, you can walk down the street to The Ice Plant and many other downtown attractions. The best breakfast in town is only one street away at The Blue Hen. If you feel like staying in, the loft provides a well kept kitchen, stocked with whatever tools you might need. Go ahead! Open all of the glass doors, prepare a beautiful meal and dine al fresco. You'll be sure to enjoy this unique and magical spot for your St. Augustine adventure.
What makes this property unique
The neighborhood is one of the most sought out places to live due to it's prime location, unique local flair and some of St. Augustine's coolest new restaurants like The Ice Plant and Distillery ( you have to try their handcrafted cocktails!) and The Blue Hen Cafe ( most yummy breakfast and lunch). On Sundays there is a farmers market at the very end of Riberia St. (the street you are on) at Eddie Vickers Park. In that park is also a playground and a public pool at the Wille Gallimore Center. The past 3 summers it has been free thanks to the Jacksonville Jaguars. There is a scooter and bike rental shop at the corner of King St. and Riberia, along with more restaurants like Flavors eatery and a fancy new burger joint called Burger 123. (Although, we think the Ice Plant Burger is the best!)
