In one of Le Crotoy's most sought-after streets, just a few steps from the town center and a 3-minute walk from the beach, charming cottage/apartment for 4 people, ideal for vacations with family or friends. Completely renovated in early 2024, the accommodation occupies the ground floor of a typical Le Crotoy fisherman's house, and comprises an entrance hall, a living room, a brand-new, fully-equipped dining kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and an alcove/cabin with custom-made bunk beds (adult beds 90X200 cm) and a shower room with toilet. All equipment (bedding, etc.) is new. It's all on one level, on the first floor.
You'll also enjoy a 35 m2 private terrace, fully fenced and planted, with garden furniture and bbq.
Tastefully decorated and in absolute peace and quiet, it's just waiting for you!
Downtown shops and the beach are just a few minutes away on foot.
