The home consists, on the ground floor, of a large living area with a floor-to-ceiling window opening onto the garden, a dining room, living room, open-concept fully equipped kitchen, pantry, half-bath, full bathroom, and one bedroom (140-cm bed); and upstairs, two large bedrooms (160-cm beds) and a full bathroom with a half-bath.
A coastal trail runs right past the house; if you enjoy walks and hikes, you can explore the gulf and its islands in all their splendour.
I invite you to take a dip in the sea at high tide at Pointe de Bernon (6 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike).
Located 7 minutes from city centre Sarzeau, 10 to 14 minutes from the Atlantic beaches, 15 minutes from the Port of Crouesty, and 33 minutes from the historic centre of Vannes.
Reservations are made on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis.
