On a peninsula in a typical seaside village, very quiet, between sea and countryside a stone's throw from the coastal paths. Pleasant Bright and spacious studio-loft, authentic wood atmosphere, sunny and fully equipped with enclosed garden facing south-west and north-west terrace area, out of sight.

Holidays at the beach, between the sea and the countryside with proximity to the city of Vannes (12 minutes by car), lazing in the garden or at the beach, walks or other sports activities (sailing, cycling), comfort and all modern equipment (dishwasher, washing machine dryer, Wi-Fi, etc.). Free parking on the street.

A 10-minute walk along the bottom of the Gulf of Morbihan, you can reach the beach of the Passage de Saint-Armel (access to the Rhuys peninsula from April to the end of September with the Petit passeur) and a little further on to the beach of Villeneuve.
Magnificent sunset 1 minute up the street. The sea 2 minutes away.

Books, comics, music, electric piano available. Depending on your desires, we can also lend you board games.

Pets strictly forbidden.
Dangerous stairs for young children (look at the photos carefully). Baby possible (before walking) or reasonable child/teenager.

A single large open space with bedroom on the mezzanine (2 single beds assembled into a 1.80x2.00 bed). Blackout curtains upstairs.
Sofa bed (1 seater) in the living room (no blackout curtain on the ground floor).
Possibility of providing an extra mattress in the mezzanine bedroom.

The rate is for two people in the same room (double bed).
In case of occupancy of two people, any request for two single beds or a double bed upstairs and an extra bed (on the ground floor or upstairs) implies an extra charge of 25 euros per stay (charge for extra bed linen).
