The ground floor consists of a large kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Adjoining it, a large dining room of 35m², ideal for a convivial moment.

You will then find a relaxation room, near a fireplace for a moment of serenity (books are at your disposal). Adjoining it, a comfortable living room with television and children's games (board games, puzzles, books, wooden games).

Upstairs, you will find 4 bedrooms consisting of 2 double beds and 3 single beds (+ a travel cot).
1 bathroom (shower) + 1 separate toilet (towels + bath towels available)

For the outdoor part, the house has a 2,000m² garden space.
You can find garden furniture, a dining set including a table and 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers, 2 deckchairs for children and a barbecue.
The rental has its private access with gate and the possibility of parking 3 or 4 cars outside.

The house is located in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques, between the sea (Biarritz about 1 hour by car), and the mountains (Cauterets about 1 hour 20 minutes by car).

Pardies is a charming village located 20 minutes from Pau, known for the Château d'Henri IV and its casino.

This house brings you calm as well as the possibility of discovering the surrounding area.
