The Space:

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a bright, open living space with vaulted ceilings and a modern, minimalist design. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The main floor also features a full laundry room and the primary bedroom, complete with a king-sized bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom, offering a queen bed and direct access to the back deck with outdoor seating, is also located on this level. For entertainment, the main living area includes a new 65" TV. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom has a bunk bed with queen mattresses, along with an additional single bed. The second bedroom features a bunk bed with a double on the lower tier and a single bed on top. Outside, the property spans 1.41 acres and is surrounded by private woodlands and public land, providing a secluded retreat. Enjoy the peace and privacy at the end of a private drive, with woods surrounding the home. Wildlife, including deer, squirrels, and songbirds, is abundant. Amenities include games, books, cards, classic DVDs, a horseshoe set, a large fire pit, and a year-round hot tub.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house (but no garage access).

Each of our properties has snow removal service scheduled to plow with each snowfall amounting to at least 3 inches of snow. If the vehicle you bring is not 4-Wheel or All-Wheel Drive, please be aware of the potential risks accessing the property when snow is present.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.



A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $99 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $1500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.



High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.



Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please be advised that it is absolutely imperative for all renters to keep their dogs on a leash at all times. While we truly appreciate and value pets, ensuring that our furry friends are leashed or properly secured is of utmost importance to us. Please take your pup with you or kennel them when you leave the home. We cannot have lonely barking dogs left at our property. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet.



There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.



If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
