Comfortable living area includes a TV, speaker system, bar seating, and sectional sofa that converts to queen bed for additional guests. Recently renovated kitchen is equipped to suit all your culinary needs. Split heat/air conditioner, ceiling fans, recessed LED lighting and high-speed WiFi included. Private outdoor patio area and grill in the backyard. Detached one-car garage is available for parking. Make sure to bring your beach things; everything else is ready for you!
