1 bedroom 1 bathroom newly updated, new carpet, new appliances and furniture. Queen sleeper sofa and ca king bed. Has all needs, dishes, utensils, cookware, coffee pot. Beach and pool towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrella. Grounds are gated and have resort style pool, bbq area and spa. Ping pong, pool and small putting area. Ground are lush with several ponds and water features including a large gathering of koi fish. Each building has laundry area with washer and dryers for a small fee. Steps to the beach and Oceanside peer. Less than an hour away from San Diego and Disney.

Very nice place to stay while in Oceanside. Easy to get to our car in the garage, easy to exit to get around town. The walk to the ocean was nice and the amenities provided for a beach afternoon were perfect. We used the wagon to transport stuff to the beach. Very nice! Not a bad walk to the beach if you take the street then step over the curb. The condo was perfect for our stay. We would love to book here again in the future for a longer stay. The coffee provided was enjoyed every morning and the snacks were appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The unit was very clean and well stocked with the normal staples of a home. There were beach toys/boogie boards. I was glad to see ping pong paddles and balls which we used.

Great girls’ weekend

Very much enjoyed our stay! The condo was very well appointed and clean. The grounds were beautiful and very nicely maintained. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants.

Great Place!

We just LOVE North Coast Village and stay there whenever we come to Oceanside. This place was clean, nicely decorated, and very well-stocked. We were SO grateful for the beach supplies: chairs, umbrella, wagon, towels. It was so helpful for our trip! Would stay again!

We stayed for 2 days, there is no "beach view" from the condo. It's a garden path view very quiet. The bed is very comfortable, the queen size sofa bed as well with a lot of pillows and blankets.The A/C wasn't installed (it was April) but with the windows open and fan, we were comfortable except for the noise coming from the autoroute (bring your ear plug if sensitive to noise). We really enjoyed the resort amenities and location on the beach, easy walk to the beach, pier or marina. There is one indoor parking unit for small car, ours was a mid size SUV and couldn't enter the parking lot because of the big beam right on the right corner of the parking space. We parked at the public parking with the condo sign on the dash and it was fine for the car but plan walking with the luggages 8-10 minutes overall including stairs. If you prefer the elevator, then you have to go in the indoor garage and use the elevator provided (that is close to the parking space).We would certainly go again and recommand this beautiful and comfortable unit.

Great for a family

Facility is a comprised of separate buildings connected by a maze of tree lined pathways. Grounds are very well maintained, and protected by security fences. There are nearby restaurants, and the Oceanside peer is just a short walk down the beach.
