Well-kept cottage with fireplace in a rural setting, in the region of the High Fens nature reserve. Kitchen with ceramic hobs and oven. Solarium and fireplace available. Waimes is the highest Belgian municipality. In the surrounding area you can go for walks all year round. In winter you can go skiing. The owner has over 30 years of experience in renting and welcomes you warmly. The owner will provide you with relevant information for the stay. Crib on request.



From this vacation home you can easily visit the authentic villages of Montenau, Stavelot, Spa, the pretty town of Malmedy and Monschau in Germany. The castle Reinhardstein and the reservoir in Bütgenbach are also worth a visit, where you can also enjoy a green environment. The vacation home is located 2 km from Ovifat. With enough snow, the ski slopes in Ovifat are open. During your stay in East Belgium you can visit the High Fens-Eifel Nature Park, where you can walk through a beautiful landscape. Nearby is also a go-kart track, also you have the opportunity for a walk on a donkey.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Es gab sogar ein kleines Gastgeschenk. Die Betten waren hervorragend. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet.

Fijn huis goede locatie

Wij zijn in de herfstvakantie geweest, was heerlijk, ligging is goed, mooie bossen rondom. Een paar goede restaurants in de omgeving. Het huis is schoon en sfeervol. Wij hebben ook meegelopen met de halloween tocht, dat is zeker een aanrader mocht je er 31 oktober zijn.

Ein absolut gemütliches älteres Ferienhaus, gut eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Unser Hund war willkommen. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen leckeren Kuchen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns hat auch die Gegend sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche in Belgien 🇧🇪...wir wurden sehr nett von den Eigentümern begrüßt und durch das Haus geführt. Dieses sehr saubere und wohnlich eingerichtete kleine Haus hat uns sehr gefallen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir konnten unsere Frühstücke und Abendbrote im Garten bei Sonnenschein genießen. Ausflüge nach Brüssel, Maastricht, Spa Therme, Grotte von Remouchambs sowieeine Wanderung in und um die Burg Reinhardstein waren sehr beeindruckend. Einmal waren wir auch im Staussee baden 21min. Ist das sehr sehr saubere Freibad entfernt von dem Häuschen. Dort gab es Spaß für groß und klein.Essen waren wir einmal in Büttgenbach im "Fisch-Weiher" kleines toll gelegenes und leckeres deutsprachiges Restaurant.Die Einwohner in Belgien waren alle sehr nett trotz sprachbarriere, vorwiegend französisch, aber man wurschtelt sich durch.Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub mit vielen besonderen Eindrücken die in Erinnerung bleiben.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in der Villa Pascale. Wir wurden super freundlich begrüßt und haben uns direkt herzlich Willkommen gefühlt. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus loswandern. Selbst Burg Reinhardstein ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle in der Umgebung zu finden. Das Häuschen ist klein, hat aber alles was man benötigt. Nur mit der „Dusche“ im Keller ist es etwas schwierig, da die Deckenhöhe sehr knapp bemessen ist und man eher im sitzen duschen muss ( bei ca.1,80 Körpergröße).

zeer prettig,persoonlijk ontvangst door de eigenaar.wij voelden ons direkt thuis in het huis waar alles aanwezig was wat wij nodig hadden,bijvoorbeeld de spullen voor het koken..op niets greep je mis.gezellige keuken en kamer.veel wandelroutes,rondom Robertville die je vanuit het huisje kon starten.en de Hoge Venen, wat een geweldig gebied om te wandelen.Ook de stadjes Spa en Dubey en natuurlijk Malmedey bezocht. Een heerlijke week gehad.

Hôtes très agréables- Location via Abritel ET Novasol: CATASTROPHIQUE

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, la maison correspond à la description, hötes attentifs, apportant des infos supplémentaires en cours de semaine et s´assurant que tout se passe bien. Loué via Abritel mais tout se déroule avec Novasol!Le courrier de Novasol arrive en anglais et néerlandais, les frais supplémentaires à payer sur place ne sont pas mentionnés au moment de la location, les questions posées via Abritel ne sont pas répondues et les conditions générales de location diffèrent entre les deux agences de voyage!?!( Annulations et remboursement par exemple!) Je pense que les propriétaires devraient travailler avec une des agences et éviter ce mélange. Je ne lourai plus jamais dans ces conditions
