Very nice condo in a great location downtown. Close to everything, clean, and well maintained. Great communication from the owners. This is in the middle of downtown so be prepared for some nightclub noise coming from Front St if you are staying on a Friday or Saturday night.

This was one of those rare occasions where the property was even better than advertised. Clean, crisp, refreshed...I know I made it sound like a soft drink...but the owners detailed this place out like no other VRBO I have seen. It's like staying at a resort when you are on the inside. And when you walk outside you are immersed in everything downtown Wilmington has to offer. The location is very close to all the best restaurants and bars in Wilmington. Book this place if you want the downtown Wilmington experience and it was cheaper than most others and a hotel. Only advice is because of the proximity to the Wilmington bar and restaurant scene, you might here music coming from a few of them at night. Which if you are out past midnight won't be a problem. Book it.

Check-in process was seamless and communicated thoroughly by the property owner. The amenities and location were perfect for our small family attending a nearby wedding. Location was ideal where wedding related events were held and easy walks to local restaurants and bars! Tamara was awesome and communicated promptly!
