Nice 3 bedroom villa with 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom and wardrobe, fully equipped European kitchen with kitchen island seating area, nice living room with 60" smart TV. Beautiful private garden with outdoor seating and dining area with 3 roof fan, "thai" kitchen at the back of the villa, outdoor toilet and washing machine This villa was finished August 2018 and is placed on a higher level than surrounding villas that make the garden and outside seating area feel open and private.
Aircondition and roof fan in all bedroom and living room/kitchen.
The outside area is beautiful with nice furniture and 3 sunbeds.
Safety box.
There is a very nice pool 10 x 5 meter with jacuzzi and an outdoor shower.
