All this is possible if you stay in this place full of spectacular views right on the top floor of the building. We are detailed people, we love that you feel comfortable that is why we were careful when choosing the premium pillows, mattresses and sheets so that you can enjoy a restful sleep.

The teak furniture, appliances, accessories and finishes were well thought out so that you feel in a cozy, stylish, but at home environment.

The Condominium:
It has an impressive 1500 square foot pool complex, tennis court, basketball, soccer, playground for children and direct access to the beach with Lifeguards on weekends.

(The property is located within a condominium that has a regulation that must be applied and respected by visitors and owners for a healthy coexistence, this during the use of common areas such as the swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball, soccer, playground, parking areas, etc. Any inconvenience outside the apartment is out of our hands, so we will not be able to help you if you do not follow the rules).

The unit has balcony, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, small living room, kitchenette and laundry room:

Balcony: Direct view of the sea, beach and trees, teak furniture with waterproof fabric and table, access through the master suite or through the living room.

The Master Suite: Window with sea view, king bed, 4 pillows, set of sheets and blanket, air conditioning, closet with space to work with your laptop, led makeup mirror, door with access to the balcony, TV with Netflix and YouTube, private bathroom with led mirror, hand soap, body shower, shampoo, body cream, odor spray, hairdryer, hair iron, 2 towels, hand cloth, sink, toilet and shower.

The Suite: Queen bed, 4 pillows, set of sheets and blanket, air conditioning, TV with Netflix and You Tube.

Bathroom for the rest of the areas of the apartment with: led mirror, hand soap, body shower, shampoo, body cream, odor spray, 2 towels, 1 hand cloth, sink, toilet and shower.

Small Living Room: It has a sofa bed, 2 chairs, an ottoman, TV with Netflix and You Tube, direct access to the balcony and sea view.

Kitchenette: 2-disc cooker, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, microwave, pot, frying pan, plates, glasses, cutlery, glasses, coffee cups, cutting board, knives and ladles, dish soap and sponge.

Laundry: Washing machine and dryer, liquid soap for washing, clothesline, 4 pool towels, sink, rags and cleaning supplies, broom, shovel and shoe rack.

We have a smoke detector in both rooms and one in the living room / kitchen, if you need an extinguisher it is right in front of the entrance door to the apartment, in the hallway, right there is the fire alarm and the emergency stairs.

Our air conditioners are intelligent, they will seek to obtain a pleasant environment during your stay since they are eco-friendly, it is normal that voltage fluctuations occur in the area, being intelligent they will turn off for 5 minutes and will work again by themselves, we will leave a user manual so you can understand how they work. ("Always remember to turn them off when leaving the apartment otherwise we will have to charge you for excess electricity").

Now you just need to book and come to enjoy the best sunsets and fall asleep listening the waves of the sea. You can go to the beach just walking, get into the warm sea and return home with a beautiful tan.

The beach is safe, the sea has currents so it is recommended to be cautious and bathe on the shore, it is for 100% surfers

We always recommend that you bring repellent and sunscreen, WE DO NOT have beach umbrellas so beach items must be brought.

We are very handicapped with the cleaning and disinfection of the Covid in the accommodation. We have everything you need, it's time for a vacation, our home is your home, let us know how we can help you.

Once you reserve, you cover only one cleaning after your stay, if you want the apartment to be cleaned during your stay, it has an additional cost of $36 in cash, which must be paid to the cleaning girl.
