This property is right on the water. Nice pools and excellent support staff. I would not rent the same unit but definitely would stay at the same property. The unit itself is noticeably older and worn (newly renovated consisted of vinal floor and a shower tub enclosure). It was servicable. The managment staff was outstanding. They addressed issues we had quickly and efficiently.

The amenities and the view were nice. The unit was very nice. However the floors in the unit were very dirty, my socks were black after walking around for just a few minutes. Perhaps the cleaning crew forgot to mop?

Great place but…
My number one complaint was there were no baking dishes. There was a nice clean oven and nothing to cook on. We went and bought some. I guess my hang up on this is this is something that cheaply can be fixed. The house was clean. The view was great. There were elevator issues the whole time we were there. This led to long waits at the elevators. However, this is not the fault of the owner. So would I recommend this place most definitely. However, I would bring my own bakeware so I could heat up a pizza and some fries.

We had great expectations, but the condo was worn and dirty. The staff was TERRIBLE! They were rude and had excuses for any issue that was presented to them. I understand that they were there to get a paycheck, but they had no concern for the fact that the guest were there to relax and get a respite from the daily grind of work. One of the jobs that resort staff needs to fulfill is to do their best to be sure that the guest are comfortable and accommodated. In this task the staff failed at every opportunity. The condos are privately owned, so the worn out nature of our rental was a matter of the owner not keeping things in good shape. If you are looking for a great vacation...keep looking.

Although we loved the location, the room is outdated. The microwave had a crack in the door, the refrigerator was rusted, the dishwasher had a smell of mildew, and the door lock only worked half of the time. We discovered roaches and when reported were asked to send pictures. We killed and flushed the roaches, so we did not take pictures. We were also told not to contact the front desk for towels because we had to use the coin laundry on floor one to wash towels and rags. These things were unacceptable for the price we paid to stay there. We will stay at another resort in the future.

Home away from home
This room has all you can need for the week plus more. Balcony has a beautiful view of the beach and pool area. Beds were comfortable, couch was comfortable, plenty of dishes and pots and pans to cook, spacious fridge and freezer, plenty of closet space, two TVs, and nice sized bathroom. Can’t wait to return.

Great experience
I loved how friendly and nice the staff was. Alicia seem to be able to answer any questions that I had and was Always pointing me in the right direction.
