Step into Relaxation at this Stunning, Top-floor End-Unit Condo with sweeping views of the 17th fairway. Sip a cold drink and feel the coastal breeze from the screened-in deck. With a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 plush bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, every comfort is at your fingertips. Explore nearby Central Park, stroll to the beach, meander along the intracoastal or take a dip in the pool. Our condo offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort and convenience for an unforgettable getaway.
We are located in the heart of North Myrtle Beach. Everything you need is a short walk or drive away.
Our open and airy concept condo features a split bedroom floor plan, Smart TV's in both bedrooms and living room, Ninja Coffee and Tea station with frother! Our Condo is on the end with neighbors only on one side (opposite the screened in deck). On site amenities include a pool (open April - Sept 8am-10pm daily), sun deck, picnic area with charcoal grills, free parking and a relaxing atmosphere!
*There is no elevator, so you must be able to climb 3 sets of stairs.
We overlook the 17th Fairway of the Beachwood Golf Course (pond view too). For the golf enthusiasts, Beachwood Golf Club is open to the public!
Central Park and the J. Bryan Community Center are a short walk across the street. Miles of walking trails, basketball, pickle ball, soccer, lacrosse and baseball fields all open to the public.
North Myrtle Beach Public Access's at 6th Avenue and 16th Avenue are just under a mile away. You may choose to walk there or pile all the goodies in the car and park at both locations. Our favorite beach access is at Molly Darcy's Pub on 17th Avenue.

I am originally from Long Island, NY and now a NC/SC transplant. My family and I have been visiting Myrtle Beach, SC for years and absolutely love it here!
Why they chose this property
As a family of 5, this location is absolutely perfect for us. The private, 3rd floor end unit works great with 3 kids. The park is across the street for us to play basketball, volleyball and lacrosse. We overlook the Beachwood Golf Course, so I get to watch my husband and sons search for their golf balls while sipping my coffee on the deck! We walk to the beach, Krave Bagel, Krispy Kreme and Molly Darcy's quite a bit. Some nights we walk to the Intracoastal Waterway behind us and take in the sunset, peace and quiet.
What makes this property unique
Our condo is updated, clean, spacious and private but so very close to everything. We are far enough from he noise and congestion but can walk to everything we need, including the vitamin sea!
