Surrounded by trees and sounds of nature, hidden away from local traffic, is a beautiful sunny property. Spacious house that sleeps 7, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, large deck, brand new hot tub, (garage space is not at available at this moment), fire pit, playhouse, all walking distance from the beach, (Warren Dunes park/beach 15 mins walk or 5 mins bike ride) Towels, linens, and coffee are provided.
Wineries, golf courses, charming little downtown with delicious restaurants, shops and convenience store is a short drive away.

Come and enjoy sunsets, beach, and singing nature!

Quiet getaway

This was a great little getaway. very clean and quiet. very family friendly with kids. close to the beach if you want to spend time at the beach. awesome little ice-cream shop near by. the wine that was left as a gift was great.

Great for small families

Really enjoyed this property. It’s a well kept home that has a nice layout. The amenities are great. The beds slept comfortably. The location is a 15 - 20 min drive to places like the store and the beach. Overall, it was a good value for the price.

Wonderful hosts

We love this place for family vacation with three children under the age of five. Our host left us a welcome basket including a bottle of wine, some local whiskey, and containers of bubbles for the little girls! So thoughtful. We had a wonderful time.

Sawyer Stay

We had a nice stay in Sawyer over the 4th of July weekend. The location is very close to Warren Dunes State Park and the fruit stand on Red Arrow Highway. The house and hot tub were very clean, maintained and organized. We appreciated the small touches of hospitality and kid friendly activities, such as the trampoline and playset. The backyard was quiet and we had good privacy. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay!
