Welcome to the Cottage! Enjoy this hidden gem in a quiet, private neighborhood about one mile to the beach/boardwalk, yet centered in the heart of Rehoboth. Located in the Keys of Marsh Harbor, this property offers a tranquil setting along with convenience to everything, including a robust number of fabulous restaurants, Tanger Outlets, bike trails adjacent to Route 1, Jungle Jim’s Water Park (seasonal) and the DART shuttle bus (Park-n-Ride) to avoid local traffic and parking meters. A short drive takes you to the Lewes/Cape May Ferry and nearby Cape Henlopen State Park and fishing pier.
Be ready to relax and unwind after a day at the beach, with dining accommodations at the cottage to suit family and friends. Feel like dining out? Set your sights on Blue Coast or perhaps the Crab House (family friendly indeed). Games are plentiful for all generations, a fully stocked kitchen is at your fingertips and let’s not forget the Keurig for your morning coffee! Food prep made easy with a blender, crockpot, outdoor gas grill. ‘Mornings made simple’ with a large griddle and toaster oven. No need to pack beach chairs, sand toys, goggles/masks, boogie boards or pool noodles, we’ve gotcha
covered! From Melissa and Doug toys to chalk, books and classic games, everyone will be entertained. High chair, booster seat, pack n play and strollers are provided. The ‘gathering’ place boasts a Smart HDTV with a comfy living area or step out into the enclosed patio with a good book or enjoy your favorite charcuterie on the outdoor patio. Just a quick walk through the lawn and you’ll find yourself at the steps of the beautiful community inground pool (passes provided) or tennis courts.
Ready to wind down? You have an array of options between the “Rehoboth” master suite with brand new comfy king size bed, private bath, walk-in closet and smart HDTV or perhaps the “Bethany” guest room with a light and airy feel, brand new queen size bed and ample closet space. Our “Fenwick & Fishies” guest bedroom boasts a fun and whimsical feel and hosts bunk beds (twin and full). Storage for all your gear and a smart HDTV positioned for movie night. All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and all rooms have ceiling fans. All linens provided. Brand new American Signature Tempur-Pedic sleeper sofa located on the first floor. Please note there are no bars or springs with this brand new, state-of-the-art sofa sleeper to give you a great night's sleep. Hair dryers can be found in each full bathroom.

For years we have 'dreamed' about having a vacation home near the beach, being that we reside in the 'snow belt' and who doesn't love a 'getaway'?! We know that for many families, including our own, that making memories is what life's ALL About and we want the same for you!
Rehoboth Beach offered unlimited options. We desired respite, but also adventure, so this locale 'spoke' to us and our growing family. There is truly something for everyone, along with excellent restaurants, cafe's and boutiques. Working remotely? We are too, which is another reason that we just couldn't say no to this adorable dwelling place!

Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of all that Rehoboth Beach offers, we found "The Cottage "at the Keys at Marsh Harbor to be a quaint and quiet community, yet SO close to everything! We fully enjoy the sunroom and the patio, which are perfect for that first morning cup of coffee and afternoon tea. Tennis anyone? For us, having the pool, bath house and tennis courts 25 yards away, makes life a breeze!
Convenience. Having littles in our family, this area also provides a peaceful place to stroll or walk with our littles - yes we have strollers, so no need to pack one! For the more experienced bike rider, pack a picnic lunch or dinner! You'll enjoy the sights and sounds of Rehoboth by taking advantage of the accessible bike trails! (our kids have done this and had a blast)!
We truly wanted a place where our daughters and their families could gather year round to simply 'enjoy life' and the ocean calls to all of us! (yes we have sand toys and boogies boards)! "RB" is a terrific mid-way point for us on the East coast and boasts of tons of FUN!
We've had so much fun organizing and providing all that one would need, so that you don't have to pack up everything but the 'kitchen sink'! We truly hope that you'll enjoy your stay!

Nearby you'll find fishing gear, kayak, bicycle, motor scooter and jet ski rentals, what's NOT to love?! Rainy day fun? Just open the doors to our 'Recreation Station' where you'll find a host of options for all generations or cozy up and catch the latest on Prime. Need to get out? Local theatres are in close proximity and of course SHOPPING (that's always a sure bet)! Browse About Books is a Must located near the boardwalk.
Let's talk food for a moment, shall we? We LOVE food and within minutes we can take ourselves to The Fresh Market where you'll find an amazing array of vegan, vegetarian and fresh options or if 'making reservations' is more your style than making dinner, we have found Matt's Fish Camp, Bethany Blues BBQ, Cooter Browns and The Crab House all to be Great experiences! For the coffee connoisseur, stop at the 'Coffee Mill' near the boardwalk or even closer, 'The Point Coffee Shop & Bakery' which is exactly that - "on point"! Snag some of their cinnamon buns or delight in a zany/crazy dozen of homemade donuts from the 'Fractured Prune', you won't go hungry!
