KITCHEN: Fully equipped cookery, flatware and dishes, coffee maker, breakfast bar with bar stools, four-seat dining room table, dishwasher, oven, microwave

GENERAL: Complimentary toiletries, linens/towels, free WiFi, air conditioning, central heat

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. It was very clean and well-kept, with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The setting was peaceful and secluded — a perfect place to relax and unwind surrounded by nature. The driveway is quite steep, so be prepared for that. Communication with Justin was excellent; he was quick to respond and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. We would definitely recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a quiet mountain retreat.

Weekend get away

We really enjoyed this cabin. It was very cozy and felt like home. The driveway can be a little tricky. Over all we had a good time here and would definitely recommend it.

Great cabin that worked for our whole family! Justin was very responsive when I had any questions. We enjoyed our time in Tennessee! The cabin was clean and cozy. The road in is very steep, so make sure you can make it up. We had no issues getting up the road.

Wonderful Stay

Our family of four had the pleasure of staying at this cozy cabin during our kid's spring break. The cabin was clean and equipped with all the amenities we needed during our stay. The kids loved using the hot tub and warming up by the fireplace awfterwards. The location of the cabin was ideal, centrally located between city fun and nature's beauty. On the last night of our stay, we had our very own bear sighting. Would definitely recommend.

Great place!

The property was just as described. Justin was easy to work with, great response time, and very respectful. Access was easy and close to the parkway and activities. Looking forward to another adventure to "Just a Swinging" in the near future.

Nice cozy cabin

Host was amazing and responded well to any concerns we had. Hot tub was the best part! It was nice to just relax. WiFi was shockingly amazing, better than at home which I wasn’t expecting at all. Would definitely come back!

Enjoyed our stay! Justin checked in several times to make sure things were well! Cabin was clean! Loved the porch swing and hot tub! Was hoping to see some bears this trip, but didn't. Drive way is steep! Out far enough to feel away from everything but still super close!

Perfect Cabin but steep driveway

This cabin is absolutely gorgeous. The location is perfect for that “I want to get lost in the woods” feeling and is still close enough to all the attractions to make it convenient. We absolutely loved the cabin. We spent a week in the cabin and everything we needed was provided. Communication with the property owner was fluent and very helpful. We even got a visit from Dolly and her cubs ☺️. The only downside is the drive in to the cabin is very very steep. We’d stay here again if in the area

Loved it!!!

I knew when I saw that porch swing this was the perfect place for a week away with just my husband and it did not disappoint! Every morning we sat on the porch swing and planned our day while drinking coffee😊 We packed a lot into our week and wished we had more time to just enjoy the cabin. We loved the location and felt like it was close enough to the parkway to enjoy the restaurants but also it felt like it was away from the busyness too. We have already recommended the cabin (and Justin) to others.

Cozy and very enjoyable.

This cabin was absolutely perfect for a relaxing birthday getaway for myself, my cousins wife with our significant others. It was warm and inviting and decorated very cozy. The down stairs bed could have used a pillow topper as it was very firm, but it was not unbearable and there were no pot holders for the oven pan. Other than that this please was perfect for an adult relaxing getaway. We definitely look forward to staying here again. The owners are very nice and wonderful to work with, very prompt with responding. If your looking for a cozy and relaxing getaway this is your spot.

Amazing

Our host was great. Easy to talk to reach and responsive. This property is amazing from the location to the amenities and accommodations. I have no complains. The first day we were greeted by two black bears at our door steps. That was a nice treat and my 3 year old was amazed. We really enjoyed the opportunity to appreciate the wild life in the area. We felt completely safe. The cabin is cozy and the best part is the view from the top floor. I don’t have enough words to describe how much we enjoyed our stay.

Quiet and Cozy and a little Cold

Well as with most pics, cabin was not as big as it seemed which to be honest was just fine with s four, it was nice and cozy. It did make it a little tough to cozy up with your spouse down stairs if we all wanted to be together, 1 couch, 1 chair. 1 spouse had to sit at table. No closet in down stairs guest bed, it is for vacuum, cleaning supplies, such. I could move it and have a little closet but then nowhere for supplies so we just lived out of suit case down stairs. We are kinda light packers so 1 suit case was fine. I totally missed that on the listing my bad, not the owners. Owners were VERY responsive upon arrival even reached out to make sure we knew about wifi code etc. Although it was August had 2 or 3 really cold nights so I contacted for help about fireplace and that's when contact stopped. I guess they did not want us to use it or something I don't know, they never replied to that text, the couple times I asked. It's okay, it definitely warmed up again. For where we were at, the service was more then EXCEPTIONAL. The owner's or sub-division or whomever have gone out of there way to make sure cell and internet service is NOT to be an issue and it was not. So, for our 9 day stay the washer and dryer were a welcome sight as well were the other amenities. Hot tub was awesome for our friends lower back and hurting body. Those two really needed and thoroughly enjoyed waking up to that beautiful view from the top. I would like to thank you both for all the wonderful memories your lodge provided my friends and us.

Up the mountain road

This cabin had a lot of charm. Everything we needed was there. The bears were an interesting addition; we saw “mama” bear with her three cubs. The cubs were really enjoying the porch next door! The road leading to the cabin is quite the adventure! The road really is steep but even without 4WD we were able to get up and down. Had fun playing pool and trying our hand at Pac-Man and other games in the upstairs game room. Thank you, Justin, for sharing your cabin with us!

Just what we needed!

This cabin is perfectly equipped and ready for your stay. We had a great time relaxing in the hot tub, beating the high score on Ms PacMan, and swinging on the porch. This was a long weekend getaway planned at the last minute, and Justin (host), couldn’t have been more accommodating. The king size bed in the loft was definitely a plus. Thank you for everything! We’ll be back!
