LongBeach was a great resort. Nice pool. We stayed in tower 2, our unit was good but in need and of some updating. Unit was pretty clean. The views were great. Trouble with fridge not working and the property management team communicated well and notified me before check in. A temporary fridge was already in the room when we checked in and a new unit was installed the next day.

Property was good. The only issues where we did not have any linens for the sofa sleeper. We ask about the linens and we where told we would receive them that day, we never received them and we did not receive a follow up asking if we received the linens. We had to provide for ourselves. The refrigerator in the kitchen area did not work but a small refrigerator was in the dining area.

Condo was exactly as described! Oceanfront balcony was perfect! Cort was very good at communicating and gave us complimentary early check in! Location of property was centrally located to all the hot spots in PCB!
