About this property

Beautiful walk out basement level on Lake Murray with extraordinary lake views!

Kitchen, dining, living room, and primary bedroom have beautiful views of the lake. Eat or relax on the large back porch or the lower deck down by the lake. Enjoy swimming and fishing from the dock, use the kayaks, paddle board, and floats. There's plenty of room at the dock so you're welcome to bring your boat. We are located on a quiet street and only 6 miles from town, grocery stores, and restaurants. About 30 miles from downtown Columbia. Guest will have this area of the house all to themselves. Our Lake Escape will accommodate a maximum of 6 guests, 4 adults plus 2 children under the age of 5. Lexington County Short Term Rental Permit #2500485

Beautiful

It was fantastic. It was clean and looked exactly like the photos posted!We especially liked the dock and covered area near the dock. When I wasnt fishing or kayaking with the family, I spent time leisurely reading up there while watching them.

Property was beyond expectations. Outside areas were great for enjoying the lake. House was extremely clean and host was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. Definitely will do again

Cute, updated lower level beach house

This lower level beach house appears to have been recently remodeled. Everything is very clean, and updated! The rooms were spacious and the 'family room/kitchen' area was nice and open with really nice, big windows. The bathrooms even came with a few extras in case you forgot something (toothbrush, razor, etc). The one thing I wish they provided more of were waschloths & soap bars...only one per bathroom. The weather didn't cooperate for us so we weren't really able to enjoy the outdoor area, but it looked like it would have been great had we been blessed with warmer, drier weather. The large TV was great while watching the final games of the NCAA tournament. Robin, was great at getting back to us. We were given the wrong code upon arrival, but she quickly gave us the right one. We also had a major snafu on our part...we accidentally tossed a bag of dirty clothes in the outdoor trash can as we thought it was trash. After an 11 hour car ride we realized our mistake and immediately contacted Robin. She was able to locate our bag of clothes and mailed them home to us. I would definitely recommend this place and any other place these hosts might have!
