We hope you create wonderful memories like we have over the last 50 years at this beautiful country property.

- Open concept living dining chef's kitchen
- Laundry
- Primary suite with full bath on first floor
- 2 gas fireplaces
- 2 BBQs
- Custom woodwork built with lumber from property
- Heart of Amish Trail
- Air Conditioning
- 20 minutes to Holimont, Cockaigne ski resorts, Allegheny State Park, Allegheny Reservoir

Additional rules
- 10 pm Quiet Hours
- Wipe shoes on porch and taken off in the house
- Stay on the walking trail behind the cabin while hiking
- Protect countertops from hot pots/pans
- Registered Guests Only
- $25 each guest after 6 per night
- Run fan during/after showers
- Late check out fee - $25 every hour after 11 am.
- No fireworks
- No glass outside
- Fires only in the designated guest fire pit
- All smoking outside and cigarette butts in receptacle
- I only accept guests 25 years old above
- Maximum of 1 pet dog is allowed $25 per pet per night, please make sure they are clean, clean up the yard after them, stay off the furniture, and are kept crated if left alone.
- Max 10 registered adults
- Please do not take pictures of the Amish. They do not want their picture taken.
- Please nothing down the toilet that is not guaranteed to rot (septic tank). All grease and baby wipes thrown in garbage.
- Please send the code word "Breezy Hill" with your initial message to show you have read the entire listing.

Great Stay

We had a great stay with our family of 4 and grandparents. It absolutely dumped snow for our ski trip. The home is beautiful with wonderful amenities. We hope to return.

wonderful cozy retreat

Everything was well stocked, warm and welcoming - beds were very comfortable. Nice secluded location and beautiful new home. Darren was responsive and attentive. Definitely would stay there again.

Loved it!

We really enjoyed staying at this house. Kitchen had everything. Beds were very comfortable. House is cozy and well-appointed. We chose this house because we had 8 in our party and it was close enough for us to make day trips to Holiday Valley for skiiing. Countryside is beautiful. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Holiday Getaway

Very nice cabin/house for a getaway with friends and family. About 20 minutes outside of Ellicottville but an easy ride in. We enjoyed it a lot.

Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I loved this property we wanted to recharge no electronics just nature. From the bird watching in the morning to the comforts of home. The beds were extremely comfortable, the house was stocked with more than enough. We could not ask for anything more. If your looking for a country getaway with nature and woods to surround you a beautiful new build home this is it.

This cabin took "glamping" to the next level!

The Cabin is beautiful. It's full of amenities and everything is brand new. The property gave us the relaxation we needed. Darren was a pleasure to work with and we would recommend this property rental to our friends and family for future get-aways:-)
