Charming house offering a breathtaking view of the sea. It has an exceptional location facing the small port of the famous seaside village of Loguivy. A change of scenery guaranteed! Your vacation rental with a beautiful sea view is organized on three levels. - On the ground floor: a spacious bedroom with living room, a 160X200 bed and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. - On the first floor: kitchen living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet. - On the second floor: two bedrooms (1 160x200 bed, two 90x190 beds) - Outside : A small courtyard of 20 m². Parking your vehicles in the free car park located in front of the gîte. House adjoining third parties. Lunch facing the sea, contemplate the sunsets, live to the rhythm of the tides, admire the colorful fishing boats... Staying in this house means not losing sight of the sea! Nestled in the heart of Loguivy de la Mer, it benefits from a privileged position, facing the picturesque little port of this charming village. As soon as you arrive, you will be seduced by the authentic and exotic atmosphere of this place. From the gîte, take the GR34. In a still preserved nature, explore the banks of the Trieux, also discover the site of the Roche aux oiseaux. A few steps away, you can reach the beaches of Roc'h Hir (400 m) or Gouern (650 m). All you have to do is put down your towel... At 4.6 km, board one of the speedboats, heading for the island of Bréhat. One of the most famous islands in Brittany, also called "the island of flowers". 5 km away, you will reach the charming corsair town of Paimpol... Tréguier, pretty town of Character 16 km away.

Tolle und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung über 3 Etagen für max. 6 Personen. Vom Esszimmer aus hat man einen direkten Blick auf den Hafen mit Flut und Ebbe. Schöner gehts nicht!Um die Ecke befindet sich ein kleiner Laden, ein gutes Restaurant und eine kleine, gemütliche Bar, in der sich insbesondere auch die Einwohner des Ortes treffen. Dort werden auch leckere Pizzen gebacken.

Wunderbarer Ausblick auf den Hafen, geschmackvoll eingerichtete und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft, ruhig (es sei denn, im Lokal um die Ecke findet ein Konzert statt), uns hat's super gefallen

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables à Loguivy de la mer! La vue sur le port et l’archipel de Bréhat est très fascinante, il y a même des jumelles!La maison est aménagé avec cœur, est il manque vraiment rien. Il y a plein de choses à découvrir dans ce coin de Bretagne. Je recommande une sorti en mer avec un des Vieux Gréement qui partent directement au port en face du gîte.
