Great gathering place! Come for the sought-after peace and quiet in the Hill Country with a prime location. Easy access to all the desired spots that make the community and surrounding towns, so special. The bright and charming home is newly updated and has a pool. The pool can be heated, there is a charge for the propane used to heat the pool during your stay. Dripping Springs is the home of several family-friendly breweries, distilleries and wineries and a close drive to all of the popular wedding venues. In 2015, The Texas House of Representatives officially designated Dripping Springs as the Wedding Capital of Texas®. Wedding Capital of Texas is a program of the Dripping Springs Visitors Bureau / Destination Dripping Springs. Enjoy the outdoors with fire pit and grill. Check out our guide for more fun ideas.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take trash cans to the street
Please clean up and put everything back outside
Please report anything that isn’t in the same condition as when you got there.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm
Please do not adjust pool equipment unless given specific instructions from me. Pool heat can be turned on and adjusted from me remotely.
