Winter 2-month get-away

This location was perfect. Many good restaurants nearby. My dog and I especially enjoyed Boozehounds. Friendly neighbors made pool time fun. Catherine a great host. I ❤️ PS!

Lovely condo

I stayed for six weeks and it was easy to feel at home. Very well equipped, good location, and the owners have a very smart design sense. I'm a reader so also appreciated the access to an interesting book collection. Catherine and Peter were very responsive and easy to work with. No surprises but nice ones!

Midcentury modern condo

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. Beautiful mountain view, lovely pool and spa area with beautiful birds and vegetation. The condo is very clean , and the bed was excellent and the movie selection was great. Catherine and Peter were great hosts. We would highly recommend this condo. Karen and John

Why they chose this property

This property is a 1950s MCM architectural gem, in the first condominium complex built in the City of Palm Springs, now featured in 2023 Modernism Week! Close to grocery stores, boutique hotels, restaurants. Park Imperial North makes your mid-century modern dreams come true. The light in the condo is beautiful all year round: the sun rises across the patio and sets behind the mountains seen from the kitchen. The grounds are beautifully kept and the swimming pools both have mountain views.

What makes this property unique

Midcentury modern furniture and and brand new mattresses offer guests comfort and style. Bathrooms feature period light fixtures. We wanted to make our place a stylish, relaxing Palm Springs retreat and we want to share it with our guests.
