Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place wet or dirty towels in the tub or shower Be sure to refrigerate any food items that you must leave behind. Turn OFF the heat to private pool or hot tub Depart on time: (normally 11:00 AM).
Be sure to leave the parking pass(es), gate card, and keys on the kitchen counter upon departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests must sign and return a VRA/Vacation Rental Agreement via DocuSign to complete their reservation and provide address for VRA.
Guest must provide primary address for vacation agreement.
