This 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom 1500 square foot house sits directly on the beach and only steps away from the Ocean View Fishing Pier and Rooftop Bar and Grill, and is conveniently located near Downtown Norfolk, Virginia Beach Oceanfront, Chic's Beach, Old Dominion University, Christopher Newport University, the Navy and Air Force bases, and many other attractions! There is WiFi, 50" Smart TV in the living room, 40" smart TVs in each bedroom, memory foam mattresses, 4x window AC units with heat pumps to keep the house very comfortable, and a kitchen with basic essentials. There is a washing machine at this house and a clothesline, no dryer.
The first picture is the view from the back porch of the house.
There is a queen bed in bedroom 1 and two twin beds in bedroom 2. If you need to use the sofa bed or additional twin bed stored in the sunroom, please request linens for those ahead of time. Brand new arcade machine just installed! (June 2026)

I began refurbishing the historic homes of Ocean View into nightly rentals in 2017 while studying mechanical engineering at ODU. I was at first unenthused with the vacation rental prospect, until I received my first thank you note and glowing review. The sense of reward in knowing that Louis and his family from Germany had the vacation of a lifetime in the apartment I provided was overwhelming. It quickly became a full-time enterprise, and I now take pride in bringing this historic beach community back to life with updated vacation rentals. My other business pursuits include automotive restoration, luxury car rentals, and tactical sporting goods supply. When I'm not working, I enjoy fishing and exploring with my 6 year old daughter.

Directly on the beach, on the best part of the beach (never too crowded like other beaches in VA), walking distance to upscale rooftop dining, bar and grill, and the longest fishing pier in North America, walking distance to convenience stores, close driving distance to all sorts of activities.
