SANITIZED AND SCRUBBED Chesapeake Bay Beach House 100yards to beach

"First and foremost, please know we have this! We have outfitted our condo with two (2) Germ Guardian Air Purifiers, True Hepa Filter with UVC Light helps kill airborne viruses such as influenza, staph, rhinovirus, and works with Titanium Dioxide to reduce volatile compounds. Also, we will be following CDC cleaning guidelines relative to COVID-19"
Our beach town home is located in beautiful "Chic's Beach", Virginia Beach. Chic's Beach is on the northern end of Virginia Beach near the Chesapeake Bay Bridge tunnel. The property is a short walk to the Chesapeake Bay. The Lynnhaven Boat Marina and Beach Facility is around the corner. There are local breweries, The Mermaid Winery, American Brew House and numerous restaurants are a hop, skip and jump away from our front door. The neighborhood is friendly with plenty of walking/biking paths to the beach. Also within walking is Pleasure House Point Natural Area and Brock Environmental Center, The Lynnhaven River, First Landing State Park, Lessner Bridge, and Cape Henry Lighthouse. There is paddleboarding, kayaking, jet skiing, sailing on the Chesapeake Bay and the Lynnhaven River. There is fishing in either Crab Creek or Chesapeake Bay. Finally, can spend your time relaxing on the beach. A great finish to your fun day is sitting on the second-floor deck with a tall glass of "something"!

For even more adventures, the oceanfront boardwalk is a 9-mile bike ride or drive down Shore Drive; the Virginia Beach TownCenter, US Naval bases and downtown Norfolk are minutes away. The first landing State Park on the other side of Shore Drive is walking distance. It is over 280 acres with 19 miles of hiking and biking trails. There are 20+ restaurants within 2 miles along shore drive, several within walking distance.

Historic Williamsburg, James town, Yorktown and Busch Gardens are 45 miles away. Norfolk, Portsmouth and Eastern Shore are about 20 miles away and can be interesting day trips.

We want guests to fall in love with our unique beach house in the trees, therefore, we are always available and always open to suggestions on what we can provide to have you come back again and again!

We really enjoyed staying at the Treehouse. The unit was clean and well stocked with extra towels, and clean sheets. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was clean and stocked with blenders and all sorts of items that you'd need. Although the unit was next door to another unit - it's a duplex - the other owners were quiet and kind. We would stay again!

Wonderful location and stay

This is a beautiful home that is so well located. We were able to get to Norfolk and the Eastern shore easily and very much enjoyed coming back to this home each day. It’s beautifully decorated and well appointed. The decks and windows were such beautiful features. We would definitely come back.

Perfect stay for a long weekend and marathon!

My family stayed here for a long weekend so I could run the Shamrock Marathon. The location was perfect — quiet street, north of the more touristy area but with plenty of walkable/short drive options for food and nightlife. Our host was wonderful with communication, and the property had everything we needed!

Family Football Weekend

The property is decorated very nicely with beach colors and accessories. We were able to walk across Shore Avenue and immediately be on the beach. Gorgeous sunrise and sunset. Only twenty minutes from Hampton where we were able to see the football game and visit grandchildren on campus.

The house is very cozy and close to the beach.

We came to visit our son who is stationed in Norfolk it was about a 25 minute drive to the base. Plenty of places to eat in the area and the house is in a quiet neighborhood would definitely book this home again. Thanks Kim

My husband and I are in the medical field. We are both active, competing in water and road sports. The Chic's Beach area and surroundings is a perfect place for all sports and relaxing.

Why they chose this property

Our home is one of the last authentic Chesapeake Bay Beach townhomes. The kitchen is ready for cooking, the 400 ft. deck is ready for hosting guests and entertaining, and the living area is ready for gatherings, game nights, or movie nights!

I happened upon my home one day while out for a run and I knew it was for me. I opened the front door to a beautiful wooden staircase leading to french doors at the top of the second floor. The open living area provides soothing natural views of live oak tree tops and a bay view to the east. Because of the view, my friends and neighbors refer to it as the "Tree House".

What makes this property unique

Tree top level living provides privacy, enabling open blinds and windows day or night. Light, airy and open floor plan ensures enough space for all. The kitchen opens into the dining area which flows into the spacious living area that accommodates multiple activities. Full service Marina 50 yards from our front door, boaters welcomed. Being treetop level amplifies privacy and a cozy feeling to your stay.
