Loved this place!

The homeowner takes incredible pride in this property. It is decorated to the nines. It's beautiful, it's comfortable, and the landlord is super helpful with anything and everything you might need! The beds are comfy, the bedding is great, the sofas are enjoyable to sit on, and the technology is all set up for you. The TV is ready for you to sign in with your accounts; there are phone chargers already in the house for your iPhone if you forget yours. And the washer/dryer are top of the line. I would give this place an A+ in all categories.

Beautiful Home and Perfect Location

One of my best friends and I were visiting Oakland to go to some concerts at the Fox Theatre. The location was perfect, because it was only a 3-4 minute walk to the theatre. There are also great restaurants, bars, and small markets all within 3-10 walking distance. The house itself was super comfortable and inviting. Honestly, the bed I slept in was more comfortable than my own at home. It was great having the restroom stocked with towels and shower essentials, and the bidet in second restroom was a nice touch. They conveniently had phone chargers located at the bed night stands and other locations throughout the space. The kitchen had upscale pots and pans and all the basic spices, oil, and butter needed for cooking, so we didn’t have to buy those ourselves. The host/property manager was super friendly and helpful, and she made sure we had everything we needed. All in all, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend staying here to anyone. I definitely will the next time I’m visiting the Bay Area.

What a gem of a location in the heart of Oakland. We came down to visit friends and see some shows at the Fox Theatre (2 blocks away) and Sunam's place was a perfect spot to stay for the weekend. Even though it is right in the city, the place feels very quiet and serene. There are two nice big bedrooms and a third alcove as well. Everything is clean and well taken care of and Sunam was very responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to go back when I am visiting in town.
