9 Bedroom 5.5 bathroom Mega house with large outdoor BBQ gazebo. Huge smart TVs in every room total 12 TVs. You will never see this in any other vacation rental. Huge Olympic size community pool less than 5 min walk with Tennis Court. Pool $5 per person charged by city. Tennis court free.

North Side is the city's largest and, generally, wealthiest side of town. Historically, San Antonio's north side of town was largely Anglo, a character that it retains while diversifying along key corridors such as the medical center and UTSA. The Facility with it’s two large kitchens and many private bedrooms was perfect for our 8 couples. All the wall pictures were beautiful and provided a warm home feeling.And it did have clean rooms.

I can say this property definitely stood out on the block. We had a sigh of relief once we pulled up. Once inside, we were pleasantly surprised by the living areas and bedrooms. We stayed there comfortably and we had the privacy needed for bedtime!! We would love to stay here again in the future.

Tons of bathrooms and bedrooms

This property is perfect for a large group. We stayed here when we were in town for a work course. There were 13 women staying here and we were all very comfortable! Many bedrooms and bathrooms made this house perfect for us. There are very nice gathering areas and 2 kitchens. The outside space is nice but there is an extra charge (apparently) to use the outdoor TV, seemed strange to me. I would suggest you bring earplugs if you aren't used to dogs barking at night. There are many in the neighborhood and they barked every night.

Outdoor tv and disco lights are $100 deposit and $50 fee for entire stay. You get the $100 back at end of stay assuming you don’t damage or throw away outdoor remotes or leave expensive disco lights on 24 hour nonstop -Which has happened. This is not strange at all considering I give you 11 state of the art 60 inch smart TVs free for use inside. No Airbnb in country offers what I offer for TVs. Rather strange to be cheap about $50. Never had complaints about dogs barking before in 100s of reviews.

Vrbo double booked

Host was quick to respond and let us know of this issue and he returned my payment. Which was much appreciated!!! VRBo needs to do much better with the booking process… of course it was already too late to rebook anywhere else due to it by New Year’s Eve.

Perfect Woman's Retreat

This property was exactly what we needed for our weekend. We all got a room, there were plenty of bathrooms. The washer and dryer a huge plus. We cooked one meal and the kitchen was well stocked. None of us found anything dirty! Linens, rooms ,bedding - all clean. Communication was A+ via texting. Would 100% recommended. I yelled at the neighbor dog each evening to be quiet lol, but thats not the hosts fault! We ordered and ate a brunch out in the back yard one morning by the grilling area. Was perfect.

What a great place to get-a way. Everything you need to reconnect with family and friends.

The property upon entering, was breath taking. Beautifully up-dated décor, more than ample space, large kitchens. Yes, 2 of them! The out-side space was perfect for entertaining, make sure if you ask early about the outside TV, so you can add it to your package for sports or music & lights. Jay is a great host. 5+ stars

Wonderful property with plenty of room!

We enjoyed the ability to gather together in one location, while having space for small group conversations. The home was Spacious and nicely updated with comfortable furniture. Two kitchens made Thanksgiving prep for 12 people a breeze! Each bedroom, living room, and gathering space had a large tv. Also, important for our large group was there are plenty of bathrooms. Our host was very responsive and we would definitely stay there again!
