Discover our new single storey villa, built in 2023.
For 6 to 8 people, this 3-sided residence is bathed in light thanks to its southern exposure, the bay window of which opens onto a welcoming terrace.
The villa is equipped with reversible air conditioning for optimal comfort in all seasons.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy the most demanding gourmets.
With its two comfortable bedrooms and its master suite, your stay will take place in complete privacy.
In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there is a bathroom with double sinks and large shower tray as well as its independent toilet.
You can enjoy a living room equipped with a sofa bed increasing the capacity of the house to 6 to 8 people if necessary.
Outside, you will find its garden with synthetic grass as well as a friendly, sheltered south-facing dining area.

Parking: Double parking and a garage.

Environment: The house is ideally located, in a premium area, for those who wish to explore the region, the most beautiful villages in France such as Castelnou and Eus, Les Apres and the sea within a short distance.

It is an alternative to the hotel, bathroom linen and bed linen provided for an independent arrival.

Petit sejour de 3 jours superbes La maison est tres jolie amenagee avec gout et propre et la suite parentale et la clim ont ete fortement appreciés.le petit terrain est accueillant et tres mignon Le seul hic vient des poubelles exterieures ce qui n’est pas du fief de la maison

Séjour très agréable

La maison d'Hélène est très agréable avec son espace extérieur. Tout est très propre et neuf. Le logement est bien équipé (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, produits de première nécessité...) Très pratique qu'il y ait 2 salles de bain. Très bonne communication, Hélène est à l'écoute et disponible par message. Le seul petit bémol (mais qui n'en sera plus un dans quelques mois) ce sont tous les travaux alentours. Le quartier est récent et tout en construction donc cela amène pas mal de bruits en journée. Je recommande ce logement. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir :)
