On the corner of Ackerly and Jermain, the main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a private cottage that has another bedroom and 3/4l bath. Built in 1884, this historic home still has many of it's original details. The property is surrounded by a quaint picket fence, and the main house and guest cottage both have heat and AC. This charmer captures the true essence of this Old Whaling ViIlage of Sag Harbor. Walking distance to the marina, Main Street, Baron's Cove, etc., this house is in an ideal location for a getaway. Main house bedrooms: Two bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has a double bed. There's also a twin bed in the office off the kitchen. The guest house has bunks beds and an additional twin. The property has beds that can accommodate as many as 10 people, without adding air mattresses, etc.

Fantastic stay at The Garfield House

We had a fantastic stay this past week in this home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, bathrooms all redone and lovely. There were small touches that the owners did that really were lovely and hospitable. Perfect location to walk into town. We will definitely go back.
