Firstly, i would like to mention Sylvie and Resa at Cassa shelter for their proffesionalism they are a very well organised company, the villa was every bit as perfect as the photos and more, equipment was excellent, the whole villa was absolutely spotless everywhere, the pool was very large and welcoming, and i would definitely rent this villa again, the handover, both incoming and outgoing was perfection, a 5 star experience.

Lovely villa!

We loved the size of the house and the pool/outdoor area. The location was great as you’re close to both the beach and Lisbon but it was also nice and quiet, away from busy areas. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor did not have aircon which was not mentioned in the description (the description said that the basement room did not have aircon). One of the mattresses was way too hard so my friend had to move bedrooms. No pool towels were provided which was a shame.

Dejlig pool og lokation. Husets indretning er dog ikke helt optimal til otte personer, da der f.eks. ikke er et toilet i kælderen, hvor der er en dobbeltseng. Men ellers var alt helt fint.

Bonjour Henrick, Merci pour votre retour. J’avoue être un peu surpris par la note de 6 concernant le check-in, car je vous ai justement permis d’accéder à la maison dès 13h30 au lieu de 16h00, afin de vous rendre service. et je vous ai meme permis de faire un check out tardif si vous le souhaitez. De même, la note de 8 en communication m’étonne un peu, car j’ai répondu à tous vos messages rapidement, généralement dans les 20 minutes, y compris à ceux envoyés en soirée au dela de 22h30. Je serais ravi de comprendre ce qui aurait pu être amélioré selon vous. Cela m’aidera à mieux répondre aux attentes des prochains voyageurs. Bien à vous, Sylvie.
