OUTDOORS:
This large resort style private backyard offers a haven of relaxation and entertainment. Practice your chipping and putting on the huge 5 hole green. Soak up the sun on the poolside loungers. Cool off in the heated saltwater pool (fee for heating). Enjoy the cool winter nights around the fireplace. Enjoy outdoor living with a stainless steel BBQ and dining table under the large covered patio that faces east for afternoon shade. Storage box has child size life vests, Floaties, noodles, and golf clubs. Pool can be heated for additional fee.
GAME ROOM:
Challenge your friends to a tournament on the custom Barrington ping pong table. Or you can place your bets at the poker table.
KITCHEN:
Open to the living room with space and seating for all. This kitchen has everything you’ll need including; coffee maker, toaster, mixer, blender, slow cooker. Grocery pickup available upon request.
LIVING ROOM:
Large open concept. Catch a game or watch a movie on the 70 inch smart TV.
BED & BATH:
The Master bedroom has a king bed and smart TV with cable and streaming apps. The master bath features a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk in shower.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a smart TV equipped with cable and your favorite streaming apps.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 each have a king bed and a smart TV’s with cable and your favorite streaming apps.
An upscale guest bathroom is configured with a walk in shower.

Guest Amenities also include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer. The pool may be heated to 82 degrees for an additional $80 per night and requires 72 hours notice.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Located on a quiet street in great proximity to all the Events, Culture, Nightlife and Natural Beauty the Valley of the Sun has to offer. Play a few rounds at one of the many nearby golf courses. Go hiking in the surrounding foothills and mountains. Experience the unique shops, dining, and live entertainment in historic downtown Cave Creek. Shop the boutiques of North Scottsdale.

PROPERTY RULES:
Be considerate of the neighbors. City enforced quite time is from 10pm to 6am. Parking in driveway only. No street parking. Only registered guests allowed. No parties, events, or gatherings. Property only available for registered guests. We do not rent to locals. No Smoking or pets allowed; $1500 cleaning / deodorizing fee will be charged. Owner is not liable for injury, loss or damage to any person or possessions. In the cooler months the pool can be heated to 80 degrees for an additional $80 per day and requires 72 hours notice. Ambient nightly temperatures and use of the waterfall may affect the heating conditions. Supervise children in the pool or backyard area. Guest is responsible for supervising all swimming activities. Guest assumes all liability for accidents. Subletting is prohibited.

Great place!

Three buddies and I came there for a Masters golf trip. The house was perfect for that occasion, great TV to watch the Masters and great putting green in the backyard. The location was easy, driving distance to some of the best courses.

Awesome Stay!

We very much enjoyed the property and amenities, especially the outdoor living area / pool / putting green. Great location far enough outside the hustle-and-bustle of Scottsdale, but close enough to enjoy the shopping, restaurants, etc. A wide variety of hikes are within a short drive. We definitely will consider this one for a repeat visit!

A weekend in the dessert

Winter family vacation

My husband and myself were joined by my daughter and her family. The house is beautiful and fully furnished. Our favorite spot to spend time in was the gorgeous back yard.

Great Golf Getaway

We stayed over thanksgiving to visit with family for the holiday. The home is clean and well maintained. The owner was easy to work with and very accommodating. This house has so many amenities, and it would be great for a golf getaway.

Cave Creek Fun

We enjoyed our stay. House was in a great location to many good restaurants and grocery store. We had plenty of room and enjoyed all the extra activities. Played some ping pong and practiced our putting skills. Tami was very responsive when we had any questions. Lots of nice towels, shower soaps, pool towels, and a fully stocked kitchen.

Christmas in AZ

This house is in a great location to be anywhere in 15 minutes. We had some epic Ping-Pong games in our downtime. I highly recommend this property for a family with children.

Great location and better than advertised.

This house was in a great location, in quiet neighborhood, and better equipped than most houses we have rented. The check-in process was simple, the house was clean, and very comfortable for a guys golf weekend. Add ping pong, the putting green, and the pool, and you have all you need for entertainment. Would highly recommend!

Cousins weekend

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the patio and pool. Putting green is a challenge. House was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room and the game area was a lot of fun. Easy checkin and communication with Tami was excellent. She was responsive to our texts and then followed up with a call. Area is safe and there’s lots of walking trails and restaurants to enjoy. We would return for sure!

Great Vacation Spot

This property was beautiful and well taken care of. It has an amazing backyard that our whole family enjoyed!! It also had a fun game room inside, so we always had something to do. It was also a good neighborhood and not far from some fun activities, such as the Medieval Knights dinner and the aquarium. If your looking for a fun getaway, this house has it all. Also, the owners were nothing but kind and gracious and answered any questions we had in a timely manner!! Great experience!

Very nice home and grounds.

The arrangement and number of bathrooms was not really enough for 7 people. A powder room would have been very nice. Otherwise, everything seemed fine.

Awesome Stay with Family

Tami’s property was absolutely perfect. It was close to everything, very clean, and had so many extras that my entire family enjoyed. If I could give the house more than 5 stars I would. Tami also supplied all of the necessities so we weren’t forced to run out on our arrival to get soaps, shampoo, detergent etc. We paid to have the pool heated and it was worth it, even with the colder temps at night. We hope to be back soon.

Gorgeous backyard but the house lacked that homey feel

The pretty backyard with pool, patio and driving range was great fun. The kitchen was partially well appointed with very good appliances and saucepans, a large pantry, a good spice rack and a double sink. But it was missing a dish drainer, a potato peeler and placemats. The master bedroom was awesome, two of the bedrooms had only one nightstand, and no dresser drawers. The biggest thing this house needs is some rugs! The tile floors and high ceilings created echoes. It also needs a coffee table for the large sectional. You can’t use the garage but we appreciated the easy code/lock system for the front door. The game room with ping pong and a game table was a nice extra feature.

Great spot. Tami the host was wonderful and home met all expectations. Loads of amenities, especially for golfers, and this place was perfect for our guys golf weekend. We'd rent it again if we ever return to the area.

Such an amazing place!

We were SO happy with our stay here! We shared this home with another couple and our adult kids - plenty of room for all 7 of us. It had everything we could ask for and more! The backyard was probably our favorite - we spent plenty of time lounging in the pool and playing golf on the putting green (so fun!). The bedrooms, living area and game room are spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed playing ping pong and cards and the kitchen had everything we needed. It's also in a great location - we took advantage of the nearby hikes. It's only about a half hour drive to great restaurants in Scottsdale, but we spent two nights on the adorable little strip of Cave Creek - which was only a 10 minute drive. Tami is a wonderful hostess! We will be staying here again and I would highly recommend it!
