The home is located in the sought after Alta Vista neighborhood within the City Limits of Sarasota, less than 1.5 miles to downtown shops, live music and restaurants, 15 min drive to Siesta Key Beach or 10 min Uber to Lido Keys St. Armands Circle. The King Bedroom is the largest bedroom and has space to accommodate crib or playpen. Queen bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with full shower. Enjoy, lightening Fast WiFi while using the desk/office chair located on the lanai. Relax and watch your favorite streaming content on a new 50-inch Smart Samsung TV in the Living area...viewable from Kitchen and Living Room. Connecticut couple that created our own home away from home. We designed this space for everyone to relax and enjoy. We enjoy Sarasota several weeks of the year and hope to provide great experiences for our guests!
Why they chose this property
We researched the Sarasota area for quite some time and found the neighborhood of ALTA VISTA to be a perfect combination of value and convenience. 2651 Wood Street is located in close proximity to everything that Sarasota has to offer. Active people can really go without a car at this location, walking to downtown (1.5 miles) or Payne Park (1 miles) while utilizing Uber for runs to the local supermarket (Publix 0.8 miles) or late nights downtown or in Siesta Key's Nightlife (6 miles). Airport proximity is also convenient - you can still enjoy a full day prior to departing with a quick 6 mile ride north (only 15 Minutes away!)
