The property was comfortable and well appointed. we used the grill for several meals and appreciated the private outdoor spaces. The location was close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. There is a German bakery within walking distance that is a great place to check out. We were very satisfied with our stay.

This is a fantastic location, near the coty and the beaches. Great yard for pets, nice interior design taste. Our stay was perfect 10/10. Caitlin is veey friendy and responds quickly. The house also has beach accesories which is a big plus. The hottube for 4 people is a great touch. Every time I want to come to Sarasota I will tey to stay here.

This property while not on the beach offers in town amenities with quick access to numerous beaches. This is the second time we have stayed. No worries with such a rapid response from the owner. We plan to stay again next year!

I have been going to Florida for the past 10 years to vacation & I have stayed in tons of places but I think this place was my absolute fav place!! It was close to everything & fully stocked even down to toilet paper (LOL) the host was amazing also, always replied back ASAP. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great Vacation Home in Sarasota

The stay at this cute, pet friendly home was awesome. It’s actually our 2nd time visiting this home. Perfect for 4 people and dogs had room to explore the backyard. Living space was comfortable to lounge around after a day at the beach. Kitchen was also well supplied for us to cook a Thanksgiving meal! Appreciated this great place - will be keeping it in mind for the future!

Caitlin Miller is the sailor's daughter owner. She and her mom Sally embarked on saving this original florida home just one year ago. She is an amazing cyclist who travels sometimes 100 miles east of in a day. She has also has enjoyed helping on a sailboat delivery from St Martin to Sarasota. A pet lover herself, she welcomes well behaved dogs. The Sailor's Daughter is a non smoking home with many outdoor areas for that activity.
