The Sailors Daughter is a very unusual Mid century/contemporary home. With beautiful cross ventilation with the Winter temperatures open doors allow Wonderful breezes to flow through the house. It has an updated air conditioning system and heat to match its unusual modern eclectic interior. It comes with its own clean Fill of it outdoor Jacuzzi. The grill will be scrubbed and ready for your use.

She is an amazing cyclist who travels sometimes 100 miles east of in a day. She has also has enjoyed helping on a sailboat delivery from St Martin to Sarasota. A pet lover herself, she welcomes well behaved dogs. The Sailor's Daughter is a non smoking home with many outdoor areas for that activity.
