📌 House Rules & Policies

Maximum 15 guests (including daytime visitors). Guest count cannot exceed booked number without prior authorization.

No parties, special events, or large gatherings allowed.

Quiet hours: 9pm–8am; $100 per occurrence for complaints

Street parking prohibited; max 6 cars in garage & driveway

No smoking or vaping

Pets strictly prohibited; $500 fine. 🐾

Security/recording devices on front and back yards

Please use the outdoor shower for shoes, feet, and rinsing beach equipment before entering

🔥 Pool Heating Info

Pool heating is available during the months of November-February. There is a nonrefundable pool heating fee of $150.

Requires 48 hours’ notice to reach full temperature

Please request in advance if you’d like it warmed before your arrival. Pool is set to 85 degrees when heated.
