The Downtown Dweller is a five minute walk to Main Street where you can find antique shops, restaurants and live entertainment. Located in a quiet family neighborhood, this home is safe and has access to both driveway and street parking. With enough beds to accommodate 7 people comfortably, we've added an A/C unit both downstairs and upstairs to ensure you are comfortable during the summer heat. There is a great back porch area to grill or sit plus yard space to throw a ball or play some corn hole!

The property is 20 min drive to Choctaw Casino, 25 min to Lake Texoma, 10 min to Eisenhower State Park. Short 5 min walk to local restaurants and antique shops.

This home was perfect for my family and I. Very clean and organized. 3 things stood out to me during my stay. 1. The way they utilized the loft upstairs is genius. 2. There is a manual that guides you through the TV’s, internet, contact information. 3. In the bathroom there are bins labeled “ makeup removal” and “ wash Clothes” Being a women I can appreciate that!!!

Our daughter had a sports event in Denison. This house was perfect. Close to the venue, clean, quiet, and spacious. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Denison.

Cute reno in a growing town. Visited family in town for Easter and enjoyed the extra space and privacy vs a hotel! Fun little town brought home some treasures from the antique store!

Wonderful!

The property was extremely clean and had everything one would need to feel at home. The beds were super comfortable and we had plenty of room for everyone in our travel group. The owners were great and provided assistance when needed. Will definitely book again next family vacation!
