Gorgeous House in Prestigious Highland Park

Welcome to Breckenridge Colorado. The home is located in an area called Highland Park, which is a neighborhood filled with high end luxury homes. Most of the homes in this area are not for rent. The house is 4137 square feet with two levels. On the main level you will find two gas fireplaces, one in the main living area and one in the master suite. Every room is decorated very nicely and the furniture is all new and luxurious.

The views are to die for! The ten mile range is huge and in your face as you enjoy the private hot tub on the back deck, steaks on the grill, drink in hand. The house is surrounded by several world class ski areas and some of the most beautiful scenery in the world. The kitchen has everything you might need to fix meals, and there is a partial kitchen/snack area on the second level. There is also a 3 car garage for your convenience. The house is complete with TVs in most rooms and a pool table for entertaining and enjoyment. Part of what makes this house special is the quiet location right on the Breckenridge golf course, and the furnishings give you that 'mountain feel'. THERE IS A PRIVATE HOT TUB ON THE BACK DECK OVERLOOKING THE GOLF COURSE WITH AMAZING VIEWS OF THE MOUNTAINS.

This house is located in a residential area that has neighbors that live there full-time. There are neighborhood rules and summit county rules that will need to be followed such as NO PARKING IN THE STREET FOR ANY RENTAL, keep noise to a respectful level. Violations of these rules will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit. The neighbors will and do monitor our house and will call police if you park anywhere other than our driveway. It is not a party house. PLEASE KNOW THIS IS A FAMILY NEIGHBORHOOD. IF YOU ARE WANTING TO COME TO BRECKENRIDGE TO PARTY, HAVE LATE NIGHTS, BE LOUD PLEASE RENT ANOTHER HOME. SORRY, BUT WE HAVE TO RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS.

Family ski trip

The house was perfect for us. The spacious living area and large dining area were perfect for us all being able to enjoy each other. The beds were comfortable enough, and the pool table was a hit!

We loved it!

What a perfect home for a wonderful family vacation. Plenty of space, well-equipped, and in such an idyllic location. The house is close to both the Breckenridge and Keystone resorts, which allowed us to hit 2 different mountains on our ski vacation. After returning home, we could relax in the hot tub or enjoy a beer and a game of pool. We would 100% recommend this property to anyone, and we will be trying to stay here on our next trip as well!

A wonderful stay

The house was absolutely perfect for our group. The house is beautiful, well maintained, spacious, and very comfortable. The owners were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. It was close enough to ski at Keystone and also close enough to enjoy down Breckenridge.

Beautiful home with Great view

We had a spectacular time for a Winter ski trip with another family. There was plenty of space for 2 families and great spaces to hang out and play games. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Breck.

Wedding weekend

We stayed here for our daughters wedding. Just immediate family of the bride and groom. We had the intimate wedding on the deck and the views made for a beautiful scenic background. The home is set up perfectly for a big party. The owner was in contact with me and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Perfect Home & Location for Family Ski Trip

This house was the perfect choice for our family ski trip. We had 3 families staying in the home, with 5 kids ranging from 4-12, along with 7 adults. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out when we wanted and to enjoy time together as a family for meals and socializing. The house is beautiful with great amenities, including the well-appointed kitchen. Dennis was great to work with - he was helpful and available for any questions we had. The location was great, too. It was an easy drive to all of the ski resorts we planned to visit.

Beautiful home for a family vacation

We were lucky enough to stay in this home with family as we celebrated our sons marriage to his now bride. The accommodations were perfect for both sets of parents and siblings.. as well as bride/groom. Enjoyed beautiful decor, well appointed kitchen, amazing views and location and superb contact with owner as needed. If traveling/staying here in winter I would recommended 4WD..the driveway is sloped and in wintry conditions not having 4WD could be a challenge. We enjoyed all of the amenities and even spotted a moose from the kitchen window while cooking breakfast one morning! Perfect Breckenridge rental!

Beautiful!

We feel so lucky to have found this place. It was in an amazing neighborhood, the view of the mountains was unbelievable. This was the best family vacation mostly because we felt at home in this place. The kitchen was stocked fully. It was stocked with lawn games, bikes that we could use. The owner reached out prior to arriving and was available through out our trip. Great communication. Next trip to Colorado, we will seek this place out and not spend any time looking anywhere else! This was the best!

Loved staying here!

A superb home for a big family. We had kids and babies and adults....9 of us total and we loved this home. The downstairs bedrooms are awesome for kids. Great views.....killer kitchen....everything was perfect and it was worth every penny. Owner was extremely accommodating. Would definitely rent from them again and recommend it to anyone. You are not walking distance to anything but to get to town is no more than a 8 minute car ride. We'll be back!
