Five Bedroom Breckenridge Home with Amazing Mountain Views

Rocky Pine Lodge is a beautiful 5 bedroom, 5 bath home with expansive mountain views. It is just 2 miles to the center of Breckenridge, the ski resort and the gondola lift: a five minute drive. There are excellent hiking and mountain biking trials just outside the door.

The house has a six person hot tub, five fireplaces (four of them gas), a formal dining and a heated three car garage. There is a covered porch with ski hill views and an outdoor fireplace.

The upper floor has three bedrooms and the lower level has two bedrooms. The lower level also has a foosball table, skee ball maching, board games, TV and a wine cellar.

It is a wonderful house for a family or extended family group.

What a beautiful home! Spacious rooms, cozy fireplaces, INCREDIBLE views, fun games - the home was warm and inviting and you can tell the hosts take great care of it. The hot tub was fantastic and the sound system throughout was an amazing touch to keep us relaxed and happy on vacation. The hosts are tremendous about communication and support - truly felt like you were going to stay at your friends home. We will absolutely be returning!

We absolutely loved this home! We traveled with a large family group (8 adults plus a 2-year-old), and it was perfect for all of us. I was initially nervous about the stairs, but the baby gate was a lifesaver. The spaces were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for groups.We took full advantage of the amenities — the game room, jacuzzi, and fireplaces made the whole place feel extra cozy. And the views… absolutely spectacular. You won’t be disappointed!A few helpful tips for future guests:•Bring a speaker for the main living room if you like music or background sound.•If you plan to use the fireplaces, crack a window — the home warms up fast.We also loved the little touches: fresh firewood, a Christmas tree, and all the thoughtful details that made our stay feel special. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect place with great house/host

Fantastic time at Breckenridge at this beautiful house. The house is ideally located - in a quiet place but near to downtown and hiking. The kitchen was great, and so were the wine cellar and game room. Thank you again for allowing us to stay here.

Beautiful home - great location!!

This is a wonderful property just minutes from downtown Breckenridge. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone with a family of 4 or larger, or a group of friends.

Excellent weekend getaway

The house was beautiful and worked perfectly for our quick weekend. Everyone had their own space, beds were comfortable. You can't beat the views and location! Communication was above and beyond as well. We would definitely stay again!

We love the mountains: skiing, hiking, rafting, riding. Each year we spend several weeks at the house. The rest of the year we make it available to guests. We want others to enjoy this special place.

Why they chose this property

We love Breckenridge. It is easy to get to from Denver and a real mountain town. Summit County has world class skiing, hiking and rafting. Our house is a perfect family mountain escape with privacy and lots of room to spread out. It is also very close to town, so there is easy access to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

What makes this property unique

The house has spectacular mountain views and lots of space. It is both private and close to Breckenridge. The property borders national forest land. There are excellent hiking and mountain biking trails just outside the door, and the ski hill is just five minutes away.
