Tucked away in the hills 3.2 miles from downtown Gatlinburg sits the 4 bedroom (all King Beds), 4.5 bathroom single story cabin (1941 sq/ft) with a full kitchen, giant wrap around patio and an outdoor hot tub. Perfect for nature enthusiasts, Family (and extended family) and couples retreats to the mountains. This high-end cabin offers all the amenities you could need and a prime location to enjoy the top local attractions!
This cabin offers 4 large bedrooms, all with king size beds and en suite bathrooms with showers. The cabin has mountain-themed interior, gas fireplace, top-notch kitchen, game room with a pool table, and video games (Pandora's Box Retro games). The back of the cabin features a wrap-around deck with 2 bedrooms with their own entrances, and a outdoor hot tub in a covered private enclosure.

INDOOR LIVING: Cable TVs in every bedroom and the Living Room with Roku Streaming, fireplace, arcade games, board games, Billiards Table, dining table, desk for remote office (if you must).
OUTDOOR LIVING: Charcoal grill, mountain views, outdoor dining table, hot tub in private enclosure, wrap around deck with a few stair steps into nature.
GENERAL: Linens & towels provided, central A/C & heating, in-unit laundry machines, hairdryer, complimentary starter toiletries, High Speed Internet (200+ Mbps) with mesh WiFi (seamless WiFI coverage basically).
PARKING: Driveway (4 vehicles at least) on a pretty flat paved pad in front of the cabin.

Bearing up well in Gatlinburg …

We had 5 enjoyable nights at 4 Bears, which more than lived up to its moniker! A mother and two cubs made several visits, as well as a solitary male. They were fascinating to observe (from within the house) … don’t leave food outside or in your vehicle! The kitchen, was well equipped for a rental, everything worked well. The seating and large tables inside and out were sufficient for our large group. Finding a rental with 4 legitimate en-suite rooms w/ queen+ beds is rare and was appreciated. The listing is very accurate, and I agree with the other positive reviews. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it looked clean and inviting. The property is VERY well located 10 minutes from a major grocery store and 15 minutes (traffic gods willing) from the Park and downtown Gatlinburg … it is a GREAT location, and the house is pleasantly private without being too far in the sticks. Phil was a responsive host when needed, we’d certainly stay here again. Because there’s no bathtub, and the woodsy nature of the area means dirt will get on the floor and deck, this may not be a great place for a crawling-only rugrat… but our 2 year old granddaughter had plenty of floor and deck space to roam on and LOVED the bears!

Rumberos vacation

All great, we would love to have a fan in the kitchen, room 4(last one outside) needs bad a new mattress it is horribly to sleep in it, all pool table sticks are bad( wish we knew about it), everything else we enjoy it a lot. Thank you

Great stay!

The location of the property is fantastic! It’s close to the Greenbrier area of the Smokey’s which is one of our favorites, as it’s less well populated than other areas. It’s also close to the Arts and Crafts Community, my favorite Gatlinburg shopping area. The kids loved playing on the deck, and the hot tub was nice. We had a visit from a mom and her 3 bear cubs which was the highlight of our visit. This cabin isn’t as modern as some of the newer cabins, but it is quiet, and peaceful. It was great for our family!

Nice Cabin!

We had a great time visiting Gatlinburg. The cabin was in the Perfect location for us, very clean, and nice finishes. Plenty of room. Kids and I loved the pool table as well. Didn’t get in the Hot Tub but it looked great. I assume the Fridge was recently replaced because the flooring was missing around it. I’m a contractor so I notice things. lol. The Grass around the house seriously needed to be cut, and the beds do not have box springs so they were not the most comfortable but not to bad either. I would say this is the perfect house for a family or a group of couples as each bedroom has its own shower. That’s really nice. Overall great time. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay, Prompt communication!

Phil notified us of a slight cleaning crew delay as we were on our way due to lots of snow and ice on the roads. Sending quick updates as they got it done so we knew when we could check in. Rooms were nice and beds were comfy! We had a big crew and there was plenty of space for everyone! Lots of beautiful snow scenery was just the icing on the cake! We will be back! :)

Charming house, great location

My family and I spent the Christmas holiday here and it was absolutely lovely! It’s close to a grocery store and just minutes from downtown. The king beds were great! If you plan to cook a lot (we did), you might want to bring some extra dish soap and measuring cups. We would stay again!

Cozy cabin in the mountains

We traveled to Gatlinburg with our family of 4 and our friends with a family of 4. The cabin fits 8 people very comfortably! The set up was perfect for our party. The cabin had all the essentials we needed and we only needed to go to the store for food and drinks. The couch is super comfy to sit and watch movies. The deck outside is so huge and the kids loved running around outside in the leaves. The rooms are super spacious and each have their own bathroom and shower. Phil was very friendly and checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. He was available whenever we needed him (we had a question on where the chalk was for the pool table) We absolutely enjoyed our stay and we would stay there again!

Gatlinburg Getaway

Definitely not the cleanest place we have stayed while down here. Ours son was filthy after crawling on the floors. We had to contact the property to have the floors cleaned on our first day of staying on the property. The owner was quick to reply, and the cleaning crew showed up quickly, but even after then cleaning, and requesting a tip for their service, the floors were still too dirty for our son to crawl on. There are also no bath tubs on this property to bathe children in, so if your children are still too small for a shower, I would not recommend this property. Also, the bedrooms seemed much smaller than what was shown in the pictures.

Sisters Retreat

Plenty of room in and outside of cabin. 2 of the rooms are outside the main cabin, you have to go outside to access. Owner was quick to respond to any concerns. 4 sightings of bears from the back deck which was very exciting.

Annual Bike Get Away

Location was great. Cabin was great maybe adding a few extra pillows and some outdoor furniture under the magnolia tree out front to enjoy it’s shade other than that …and the visit from the bears daily was the cherry on top.
