The house Ban Brösign located in the center of Umhausen and has a total area of ​​220m2 of living space and 100m2 fenced garden.
The ground floor has a Ötztal Zirmstube with an original Ötztal-farm oven and large dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area and a separate toilet.
In the first Floor housed a spacious triple room with a TV and a double bedroom and a bathroom with bath and sink and a separate toilet.
In the second Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with TV and a balcony and a triple room with bunk bed and single bed and a bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet.
The newly built basement with spacious play den or a lounge area with seating and TV also offers a fitness room with a treadmill, an elliptical machine and a training station with television and infrared cabin.
Goes without saying that a ski boot dryer and a washing machine in the house.
In the garden there is a large covered dining area, a herb, a gas and a wood-burning grill and play area for our youngest guests and sun loungers.
