Our cozy, generously equipped holiday home has 5 bedrooms with 15 full beds and 3 cots on request.
There are also three wet units (1x shower / toilet sink - 1x shower / toilet double vanity - 1x shower with double vanity barrier-free), 2 separate toilets and a stone oven sauna.

The large day room offers enough space for cozy rounds and additional space for children to play.
The wood-burning oven with integrated oven provides a cozy atmosphere in which you can bake your homemade pizza - always a highlight especially for the children!
Entertainment and the latest information provide satellite TV and internet connection.

The cooking area is fully equipped with enough dishes and cooking utensils, stove with ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, toaster, 1 filter coffee machine and 1 Senseo pad machine.

High quality mountain spring water comes from our bedrock from our pipes - for the good of the environment we provide you with a "Wassermax" including a Co2 cartridge!

In the entrance area there is enough space for skis, shoes and a large wardrobe.

All rooms as well as the covered and sheltered terrace are on one level with approx. 230m2!
This is particularly appreciated by families with small children and and people with limited freedom of movement!

From the day room you come to the approx. 50 m2 covered terrace with enough seating, deck chairs, charcoal grill and table tennis.

Since everything is on one level, children in particular can find their way around and since there are no sources of danger such as stairs and railings in the house, you do not have to squint at your little ones all the time!

In the garden we have a slide for our children
and a large trampoline.
The clear favorite, interestingly also among the young women, are our street go-carts with trailers!

Heerlijk huis !

Wij hebben hier met een aantal vrienden een heerlijke fietsvakantie gehad. Na een dag fietsen, wat uitstekend kan in de omgeving met bergen als Timmelsjoch, Kuhtai, Kaunertallergletsjerstrasse, etc , was het heerlijk vertoeven in dit fantastische huis. Veel ruimte, heerlijke tuin. Kortom : TOP!

Geweldig familie huis in zeer mooie omgeving

Wij zijn de kerstweek in dit geweldige huis geweest, prima kamers, schone badkamers, zeer ruimopgezette en complete keuken en een mooie gezelschaps ruimte. Omgeving is prachtig, mooie skigebied op nog 1km met de auto . Wij hebben een zeer geslaagde week gehad bij de Familie Fransz.

Sehr schön, ordentlich und sauber

Sehr schönes Haus ganz in der Nähe der Skipiste. Man fährt nur zwei Minuten mit dem Auto zum Lift, es steht aber auch ein Skibus zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist sehr sauber mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten, wie Sauna, Ofen, Geschirrspüler, etc versehen. Allein dass die Vermieter, die übrigens sehr nett sind, ständig ohne Vorwarnung oder Klopfen im Haus auftauchen, ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir würden jedenfalls wieder hinfahren und können das Domizil ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Super Haus, super Umgebung, fantastische Gastgeber!

Wir haben mit 7 Personen 9 Nächte das Haus von Familie Pienz gemietet. Alle Räume waren sehr sauber als wir kamen. In den 10 Tagen mussten wir uns keineswegs langweilen. In direkter Umgebung gibt es ohne Ende Ausflugsziele und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten. Unser Programm in der Umgebung bestand aus Rafting, einem Besuch des Ötzi Dorfs mit Greifvogelpark, Klettersteig am Wasserfall, Wanderung auf einen 3000er, einem Nachmittag am Piburger See, dem Besuch des Swarovski Museums nähe Innsbruck, einem Tag in der Area 47 und auch schönen Nachmittagen in unserem gemütlichen Häuschen. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit an Herr und Frau Pienz wenden und umgehend standen sie mit Infomaterial bezüglich unserer Anliegen oder einem Geheimtipp von ihnen als Einheimischen zur Seite. Dieses Haus ist definitiv weiter zu empfehlen! Nicht nur Dank seiner tollen Lage, sondern auch seiner wahnsinnig bemühter Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Vielen Dank nochmal an die Vermieter, hat alles super geklappt und die Hütte liegt wunderschön im Oetztal mit atemberaubenden Panorama! Super ausgestattet und geräumig, das einzige Manko sind die vielen Fliegen die einem teilweise den Schlaf rauben aber davon abgesehen einfach alles perfekt, gerne wieder :-)

Heerlijk huis bij leuk skigebied

Het is een prima huis, geheel gelijkvloers, met genoeg wc's en douches. Het huis wordt heerlijk warm door de houtgestookte kachel (een keer opstoken en daarna gloeit-ie nog uren na) en de vloerverwarming. de keuken is goed voorzien, met een goed fornuis en grote ijskast. de bedden en de wifi zijn ook prima. het enige wat we misten was een bank om lekker op neer te ploffen. Het huis ligt naast een doorgaande weg, maar een stuk lager, waardoor je daar geen last van hebt. Vlakbij (2 min met de auto en 15 min wandelen over mooie route) ligt Oetz, een gezellig dorpje met alles wat je nodig hebt aan restaurantjes, bakkers, etc. In Oetz zijn ook twee supermarkten, een Spar en een Mpreise. Er is geen afdaling vanaf het skigebied naar Oetz, maar met de lift ben je er zo. Het skigebied is goed geschikt voor kinderen, en voor de wandelaars zijn er ook veel winterwandelpaden (in de zomer zijn er nog veel meer paden maar wij waren er in de winter). De eigenaar is erg aardig en behulpzaam. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad hier!
