Waterfront Beach House 30 Min from New York City

Our House new cottage is located at the water canal in Bellmore New York, Our home welcomes you to a comfortable and quiet place to rest and enjoy the water view.

The canal features much aquatic life such as white swans, schools of fishes, ducks with their ducklings, and occasionally sea turtles come to visit. At night, we have solar luminescent lights outside to light up the night and as well we have a coffee table that also serves as a firepit.

Our Brand New, cozy, water view home
is next to a water canal. The patio is one of the most relaxing place in the home were you can see swans, ducks, fishes, and other aquatic life roaming around the canal!
Our furnitures are there inspired to make you feel at home the moment you step inside.

Restaurants are nearby, Villa D, Aqua Italian restaurant, and Bellmore club house restaurant

We are available any time to answer your questions

We are a South Bellmore guests house on the water canal. We are close by a variety of stores and restaurants some within a 3 minutes walking distance. Please ask us for our guide book for more information.

Train Station to visit New York City is 5 minutes away and you can get to New York City on 30 minutes.

JkF airport is 45 minutes driving

Supermarket are 10 minutes walking

We have active ubers and lift drivers around the area. We are also close by a train station that could take you to almost any part of the island including New York City. We’re also at a walking distance to bus stops.

With very few vacation rental options in Long Island, this truly was exactly what we needed. With 3 bedrooms and one bathroom, it was enough space for 6 adults to stay comfortably for a long weekend visiting for a family wedding. We really enjoyed sitting out in the back deck, and I wish we had more time to enjoy the property!

Shacky / Chic: Little shack with cute home decor. Could have been cleaner. Had a very strong musty wet basement smell. I guess not unusual for a property on the canal. Trash bins were full didn't give much room for our single bag of trash - just put it on top. Might want to invest in additional trash bins.

The house was totally over priced. After all the fees it was over 800 a night. Not worth it. Very small and smelled like dogs. Very little amenities in the house. The house was a little rundown for the cost. Would never stay here again

This waterfront property was clean and nicely decorated. Loved sitting outside at night in front of the fire pit table! Great neighborhood and only a five minute drive to the train station. Would definitely stay again!

Buggy beach house

The place was adorable and clean but had a very musty smell and tons of tiny ants, even in bathroom. The flooring was separting, probably from poor installation.

Fine but a few expectations not met

The house was clean, safe, and check-in process was smooth. Being on the water was nice to look at from afar. It served our purposes as we wanted to be near Jones Beach for a concert. However, several expectations were not met. This is listed as a "beach house" but there were no beach chairs or towels to bring to the beach. (Owner told us there would be via messaging.) The very first photo has a lovely lit-up porch, however the lights didn't work outside and we had to use our cell phones for extra lighting at night. The wifi info listed in both house guides we received was wrong, and required communication with the manager to get it right. There was construction starting early in the morning at the house next door. Also the idea of kayaking sounded nice, but no one in our party thought the water looked clean enough to actually get in. One of the bedroom doors did not shut close all the way, and bathroom door took a lot of effort to actually close.
