About this property

Roomy Master Suite - Perfect for 2-3 adults OR 2 adults 1 child, min age 8 yrs

Sweet Happy Place Suite is a very comfortable, spacious and private 530 sq ft master suite in our home. This master suite is part of our home, situated at the end of the home, with a separate, private entrance. The master suite is separated from the rest of the house by a hallway and is completely sound proof. There is a comfy king size bed with a fully organic mattress. Also, there is an oversize chair that opens into a twin size bed. There is a keurig with organic K cups, microwave and a mini fridge all available in the privacy of the bedroom. The bathroom is very large with a jetted, two person tub, as well as a beautiful, large, walk in shower. The toilet is in a separate room within the bathroom. There is a sitting area and a breakfast table with 3 chairs all in the bedroom.
Enjoy your coffee on the porch with beautiful views, peace and quiet. We will respect your privacy or visit with you as you like.
Feel free to sit on the pier, walk the property etc.

Our host was amazing. I wasn’t even sure our host was one sight while we were there. I didn’t schedule a time to meet but know I wish I would have. Our suite was OUT STANDING! The peaceful scenery of the pond and fields all around were enjoyed daily. I enjoyed sitting on the porch reading without consent noise of passing traffic. Just close enough to town to enjoy solitude yet close enough to run down for a special coffee and shopping at First Monday. I look forward to scheduling another stay later in the year.

Such a tranquil place to stay while visiting for Monday Trade Days. It was wonderful to take a short drive and be able to relax in a wonderful indoor hot tub. Room darkening curtains made it so nice if going to bed early or sleeping late. Owner was amazing and response time was wonderful.

5 Star Room in a Relaxed Country Setting

We were surprised to find such an awesome room available for 1st Monday in Canton. The value exceeds the price and the host was very thoughtful and went out of their way to anticipate needs. Location is beautiful and a very short drive to town. We will definitely look for this room anytime we are in the area!

Heaven on Earth

I can’t say enough great things about this place. The name Happy Place is definitely a perfect name. From the time you drive off the main road you can just feel the stress leave your body. As soon as you cross the cattle guard roll your window down and smell the fresh air! Be prepared when you unlock the door for the most amazing getaway you can have. The bed is so comfy. The shower is amazing! Did I mention the tub?? Oh my gosh! Trust me, this place has it all! If you leave here and haven’t enjoyed your stay, that’s own you because this owner has done everything humanly possible to make your stay memorable. We will definitely be back! We loved our visit with the kitty too! Thank you so much!

cozy escape from the city!

We loved this spot and even discussed not sharing our new Canton secret.... huge room and bathroom suite. Very private. Adorable cows and calves out the window, pretty view of the water from the bed. My aunt and I came for Trade Days and it was a short 10-15 min drive. Best to arrive in daylight as it is a little bit winding road to the house but done in daylight and not in a small car, it is fine. Coffee provided. Big screen TV worked great. Heater in the shower. We did not try to the tub but plan to on our next visit. We love the Happy Place Suite and would definitely return. Quick and helpful communication via text. The property is cozy and private and you don't hear any noise out there. A nice escape from city life for a few days! Thank you so much for the hospitality, we had a wonderful stay.
