This amazing 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront villa is in the beautiful Palmetto Dunes Plantation. As soon as you step through the door, a luxurious coastal vibe greets you with pale walls and floors that direct your eyes to the ocean vista right off the patio. The kitchen and dining room open to a crisp, modern living area. Both bedrooms have comfortable and updated furnishings as well as their bathrooms. This villa has it all and is just a few sandy steps from the beach.
***WINDOW AND DOOR REPLACEMENT PROJECT TO BEGIN 11/18/25. 5302 Hampton Place is in Wave 1 which will begin 11/18, each wave will take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete. Please keep in mind, weather permitting and dates are subject to change. Scaffolding will only be used on the parking lot side of building and man lifts will be used on the ocean side. Please inquire with any questions.
